Cactus is an easy and nice web theme. But I’m having a problem lately as I can not access customize in appearance, only widget tab shows. Kindly help. I contacted velathemes via email many times but they don’t reply to me. Thanks!

This has been a great theme and when it stopped running after 5.3 update I was tearing my hair out trying to fix it or find a suitable substitute. It seems Customizer fails on WP 5.3 if there are inconsistencies with http / https resolve. Resolving seemed to fix the problem, but eventually had to downgrade to 5.2.5 for consistent performance. Vela themes, please fix it.

Been using this for a church website for a couple of years and now, after months of searching, have settled on it for a commercial site. It’s much more flexible and forgiving than most as far as layout is concerned, and I find the Vela manipulation tools excellent and reliable in their own right (though we do use Elementor for the church site). Don’t understand the negative comment about re-ordering not working: works fine for both our sites.

I paid for the pro version and after an upgrade about a year ago, reordering the section doesn’t work anymore. Since then, I tried multiple times to contact the support, but noone answers – it’s simply ignored.
Without section reordering, the pro version doesn’t bring any benefit to me, so I paid money for nothing.

My review of this theme is not good, I do not recommend it. I have reported this theme as well for the PHP/Javascript issues it possesses.
