I used to like this theme, started having problems with it back in 2020 and submitted a ticket but nobody responded. I kept following up on their support system and nobody ever responded. Just the automated responses but no fix. Years go by. Eventually I figured out – using the Jquery migrate tool – that the problem I’m having is because of an incompatibility with several of the recent jquery versions. I had to pick a rather old one to get it to work. I go to their site and there’s no way to contact them outside of the ticketing system. Curiously, their website is still accepting purchases, but nobody is there to offer any support apparently. I would stay away from any SmartCat theme at this point. If I could give them a negative score I would.

After sending several emails and having the premium version, no one replied to my emails.
If something doesn’t work (or you don’t know how to use it) no one helps you so I don’t recommend this theme

Kein Support, teures Design, dafür dass es doch erhebliche JavaScript Probleme mit der Navigation gibt und die Mobile Version ncht besonders tauglich ist.

I like this theme, but…
The page option “no sidebar” don’t work on home page. Becides, it’s imposible to adjust the font size on the slider banner (I don’t have programming knowledges) or delete background of text.

I can talk long and short but this theme has to many faillures in the free version. For mobile and tablets this theme does not do the work. Support is weak to almost non excisting. My advice would be use another theme.
