The homepage slider in Byblos – Pro isn’t not showing any images after the new
wordpress updates. Tried to downgrade the wordpress version, and tried to replace the camera.js file. But this all doen’s work. The Load Icon is visible.

The three callout boxes below the top slider are stuck on load. When the page is scrolled, the boxes show up. Is there a way to start them without scrolling.

I would like to be able to customize the color behind the Slide Header Text. If I use the default color options it will change it to yellow or orange, but when I change it to custom colors it just stays white. Does anyone know if this is doable? I’ve been combing through some of the code trying to figure out where it is, but there is a lot of code to go through.

Why the hell you have no documentation for this theme? I am really considering to want my money back.

Also, the logo was too small, so i changed the size in CSS, its ok on PC. But Slider covers half of the logo on tablet and mobile.

When the mouse is rolling over the slider section, it stops sliding. Is there a way to inactivate that pause of sliding?

Is there a fix for this or I should delete some of this item for sidebar?

I’m using the free byblos theme in one of my pro bono sites. Now some of my test tools says “you are using an old version of jquery and there are some vulnerabilities detected.” I checked and found jquery 1.3, where the actual version is 3.3.something now.

Can this be changed?

I have pro byblos and would like to reduce size of the slider images on startpage, which I feel that they are too big and use too much space before other startpage information appears.

On the left sideboard i put a search widget, refilling the search field because of black colour the introduced text is not visible

How do I do this?

Unfortunately, the grid system for tablets etc is an error. The font disappears behind the right boxes. I have already tried everything possible, but if the one big runs correctly the other does not fit again.

Should not it actually with:
col-xs-12 col-sm-6 col-md-8

go?

Or can I make the boxes on the right somehow fix, that no SChrift may flow behind it?

It looks well, however in the mobile it needs the responsive function, due to the theme doesn’t look inside the interface (for example, the contact site). The alt-text is not included in the logo. Is this different when buying the theme? Sorry my Englich is bad

I have been trying to modify the code in my child theme so that I can have more than three slider images on the homepage. I was able to find the markup in byblos.php but it doesn’t change what shows up in the customize tab. Please advise.

I don’t manage to get a background image to the proper position. I want it behind my sites…
But it always “slips” down below the actual site.

I wanted the header of my website to stick to the top as I scroll down on mobile, so changed the position to fixes. Now I can’t open the menu. Here’s the styling I added:

I do have a link on my menu which goes to one of my categories. However it take quite a long time to load the page as it will load all the posts under this category.

I wonder if it’s possible to only show portion of each posts and have a “read more” link to go into the post? This will help to reduce the loading time of the page.

Thanks for the free theme. However this theme does not work properly on a tablet and mobile phone.

On tablets when you scroll the page, the menu on the left goes up and a white bar appears in the left below corner. When you stop scrolling the menu stays up and the white bar goes black again.

On phones when you view the site in lanscape, the slider/info and text are all mixed up and it looks like a mess.

But seen the many requests/questions about this theme and the lack of support i think i am trying to fix this myself or will move on to another theme.

under Theme Options > Templates, when I choose for blog page layout the option without sidebar, at least that is what I expect when I choose the left option, the single square without vertical separator, this does not work. Pages still show the meta/archives sidebar. Am I interpreting this option correctly?

I’m using Byblos theme and when I activeted it the first site had cross-hatch pattern on photos. But after removing those photos and adding my own I can’t see those cross-hatch pattern anymore.I was searching in forum to find a solution and I found only that people were asking how to remove those patterns, not how to add them.

Can someone help me with that problem please?

I just bought this theme but I am having problems setting it up liek in the DEMO site.Can someone help?
1. I cant see the footer
2. Feature images are not showing up on pages
3. Images on the slider are masked ie not very clear.

I have sent an email to smart Cat with purchase code but so far no reply.

There is no documentation and how to set it up. Mos themes have documentation but this one not. Before buying it says it has documentation but infact there is nothing.
