Since the theme has updated, our website will not let me log in using wp-admin.

It consistently shows the error in Microsoft Edge:
This page isn’t working at the momentthebrightonbox.com didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Each page takes an age to load, if at all.

Yet on iMac and other browsers, the website loads without issue.

I have deleted cookies/cache
I have deleted temp files
I have tried to remove all plugins and retry but nothing is having an impact.

Is anyone able to assist at all?

I installed the demo content to see what this theme was capable of, but unfortunately several of the products had no product images and the end result was nothing like the screenshot for the package I selected.
Additionally, it imported a whole bunch of spam contents, which is just disgusting. No idea how this theme is still in the “featured” section…

To start I doubt it matters for this particular problem but I’m experiencing the below issue(s) on both Chrome and Firefox. Also, I didn’t change any of the CSS code or add any of my own between the time the site was working properly and when it started doing this.

My categories on my front page changed and now I can’t get them back the way they were. Before last week, my front page had 4 categories:
1. Ear Accoutrements
2. Neck Decorations
3. Various and Sundry
4. Wrist Adornment
Under the categories there was another area that showed newest items individually – ie, not as a category, but as individual products that had “Newest” as one of their tags.

Now, Newest is showing up as its own category, which I don’t want: Current Front Page and I don’t have the newest items along the bottom.

I cannot find anywhere to fix it. I’ve even tried to set it so no categories should show at all just to test, but the picture above is what it always shows even when I do that.

Also (and I’m guessing realtedly?), my Buzz: Woo widgets aren’t showing up anywhere. I have them enabled:Buzz:Woo Commerce Widget but they don’t show up when I want to customize:Widgets Not Displayed. They also don’t have their own menu like they did before: Buzz: Woo Missing (I wish I had a screencap of what it was before to compare, but I had no reason to take one).

Please help! I’ve scoured the BuzzStore support documents, I’ve searched the WordPress forums, I’ve contacted the theme creator – all to no avail. I have a convention coming next weekend and I’ll be handing out business cards – I need my site to work before then! Any help – or even hints on where else to start looking – would be greatly appreciated.

I got internal server error 500 while trying to access some product pages. Created the debug.log file and the file notice like this:
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: sub_count in /home/nhmautch/public_html/wp-content/themes/buzzstore/sparklethemes/buzzwidgets/buzzstore-widget.php on line 580

the line 580 of buzzstore-widget.php show below code line:

I have an issue with product comments.
After all options of comments are turned on, no comments or comment form is beibg displayed on product pages.

Even if I add a comment from wp-admin , I dont’see any commetn displayed on the product page.

I would like to know how to turn off the zoom of the breadcrumb image for wooCommerce breadcrumb image. We would like the full breadcrumb image we have created to be shown, but it appears that there is some kind of image zooming going on and our whole image will not show.

Thanks for the awesome theme and thanks for being helpful on this forum. I was wondering how to show related products in the right sidebar of a product page, instead of showing random products from different categories. That would certainly provide with a better experience to the visitors.

I was wondering if I can move the short description page underneath the Variation, Add to Card, Category, Tags etc. I just want to keep those things above the fold and the best way probably is moving the short description below.

I have tried to edit the hooked woocommerce_ properties by rearranging them on the content-product.php file, and I tried to do the same by creating a new file for child theme; neither of those worked or may I could not write the code properly. Wondering if you could help on this.

I am using this buzzstore theme for my WooCommerce website. I have created a child theme of this theme and activated that. Now, the problem is, whenever I am uploading an image, 10 thumbnails are being created for that one image! So for every image, there are total 11 images on my server. Those images are occupying a lot of spaces in my server! Even though in this modern days, server space is a little less to be worried about, I am already running out of inodes!

Let’s do the math. I am running an e-commerce website and my website has about 2000 products. I use a lot of images for my products. Each product has 5-10 variations and 10 other images. 1 image for each variation and 10 other images = 20 images for each product!

For 2000 products = 2,000*20=40,000 images. That’s not bad.
But when 10 additional images are being created for each image uploaded, then the number becomes too big. So in total, there would be 40,000*11=4,40,000 images!

Here are the dimensions of the images.
700*485,700*385,600*600,370*285,330*400,300*300,275*370,180*180,150*150,120*120.

My cPanel allows me to host at best 3,00,000 files and my site won’t be backed up by the host once I host more than 2,00,000 files!

What do I do now? Help appreciated.
