I have the theme installed, and it worked great until last week. I raised a support ticket to say the shortcode for forms within 2 columns was not working. The other shortcodes were fine, for buttons, columns ect.

I was advised to deactivate the CPO companion plugin and load/active 3 others,which I did. However, all of the shortcodes stopped working, they just show the code on the page. I can’t get it to work again at all now. I’ve deleted the 3 new plugins, and added the original one again. I’ve deleted them all and added again.

I replied to the ticket on Friday, as I was supposed to show the site to my client. I’ve still not had a reply and it’s nearly end of the day Monday, and I still can’t show my client the site.

I really don’t know what I can do now, as I’ve spent a lot of time customising the theme to look how I want it to, so really don’t want to have to start again.

i have a problem with brilliance CPO theme – free.
I am not able to show the header image in the blog page; so in the blog page the list of post start immediately under the top menu, and the main menu (wich is transparent) is overposed to the first post title.
Could you help me please?

Do you have the content xml to import wordpress theme?

I selected a header image and nothing comes up on the header. The logo and menu are there but I have tried various images, even made them the exact recommended size but nothing appears in the header.
