I’m trying to change the colour of the Page and Post background colour ?

Not the main background colour of the site. Just the page background and post background to another colour other than white.

Anythoughts. I’ve tried a bit of CSS tinkering but to no avail.

Pagination fails to work when displaying ‘Products by Category’. However, it does work when for other Woocommerce widgets (all products, specific products, shop).
I’m using WordPress 5.8.3, Woocommerce 6.1.1 along with Storefront/boutique 2.0.17.

I found links to similar issues and have tried to implement them, without success though.
If admin access is needed, I’m happy to arrange that.

I have a shop with boutique theme, and I removed the sidebar an all pages exclude SHOP and POST pages using Template > Full width. The sidebar I want only on the SHOP page. But on the POST page there isn’t Template > Full width. How can I make my POST page full width too? Thank you for the answers!

I have mobile issues according to Google:

Clickable elements too close together
Text too small to read
Content wider than screen – I think this is fixed

After trying different themes, I now have these errors, I have had them before and managed to find a solution but cannot find it now, I think the clickable elements needs padding changed but I cannot remember to what or where I would find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Using Boutique with WP 5.6.1

I hope the title makes sense, I have my menu set out, one of my menu items is ‘Products’ which underneath lists all my products that I have in sub menus.

BUT, if I click on ‘Products’ instead of hovering over it, it opens this page:

I tried to make it point to another page but Word Press kept putting the -2 after shop.

So how can I make this menu item unclickable?

In the Woocommerce Product Categories widget in the Storefront theme, the current category icon is an open daddy. And in her Boutique child theme, the icon for the current category is a closed daddy, just like the rest (not the current categories). Tell me, please, is this so conceived? I’ve got a social media widget in my footer, the links work but next to the platform there’s no image. It just shows a little white box, does anybody know what I need to do to get the facebook and instagram logos to show please?

I’m using the Boutique theme for Woo Commerce/ WordPress. I’ve set the header image which looks great on my desktop. On the mobile site, it’s cutoff, too big, and non-responsive. I’ve tried appending different CSS code in the customize additional CSS area, but nothing did the trick. I’ve been searching for hours. :P. Thank you in advance for your help.

I updated my theme and where home > shop is it used to be white on the mobile pages. It’s now black. Would like to change it back to white if possible. Does anyone know how?

With suggested image dimensions: 1950 by 500 pixels for the header image, and an image 2000 × 500 pixels, the image does not cover the mobile menu, but repeats itself in top and bottom.

Hi, thanks for botique & storefront. I am using botique & love that customizer adds a widget area for under header where I can place a [shortcode]. I would like to make it possible to add that option for page & post in meta box. Just want the option to add a new shortcode under my header for every page or post. How can I create that custom template code?

I’m trying to increase the size of the logo inside the header.

I used the header hook to get the text in there next to it, but now I want to make the actual logo image bigger.

If I do it via css, the image just gets blurry, and if you look in inspector at the tag, it has specific height and width as html tags, and I have no idea how to modify that. Thoughts?

I’ve installed the Boutique Theme as a page plugin for my Hearty Theme on WordPress for our Non-Profit Page, Gravity Water. I’m trying to set up a store and have been able to configure most of the editing via dashboard but for some reason can’t get rid of the extra “Quantity Selection” Buttons on the product page. I believe it may have to do with an issue in WooCommerce but I’m not sure.
Any info that can help me get rid of these extra quantity selection buttons would be greatly appreciated!

I use 2 footer menu widgets in German and English. But only the LAST saved menu data in the specific language appears in the footer when I switch the language, not the other language menu data.

I hope there is someone who can help me. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi All,
I wish to have text with background image as set by the initial Welcome page.

I have created a new page and wish to include the background image behind the text. I have used featured image but the image display first then the text underneath it.

How do I achieve text with the background image? The link will show you the sample of Welcome page with the background.

Or even how to edit and modify the Welcome page as there’s no area to edit to modify in Welcome page.

Using Storefront/Boutique Theme, WooCommerce 3.1.1. I am still developing my site, not ready to go live, but have just noticed that the Woocommerce Update Cart button is non active. I am not sure if it worked before the latest update to WC 3.1.1. I can find solutions but they all seem old.

I use the Table Rate Shipping plugin from Bolder Elements. In the table rate settings they have the field freight description. The text in it should appear at checkout under the freight title. But it does NOT appear. The guys from Bolder Elements said the problem comes probably from the theme creator who did NOT use the hook ‘woocommerce_after_shipping_rate’ in his theme template.

In …/boutique/inc I found class-boutique-template.php.

Questions:

. Would this be the place where one could enter a new hook?
. And how could this be done?

A little different questions:

. How could I translate the mentioned title and description with Polylang?
. What happens with my boutique changes after an boutique update?

I have saved my logo design as bitmap with transparent background using PNG extension and uploaded the PNGs several times with no success. I still have a white box/background. Is it possible to have a transparent background for my logo and for the logo to hover over my own header image? Does the Woocommerce Boutique theme allow transparent logo? IF not, is there a theme that allows such? Do I need to learn code in order to accomplish this?

I’m using Boutique with WooCommerce and wondering if it’s possible to make the single product images appear larger on the product pages? I’m currently using the same settings as the Boutique demo.
Is it just a case of changing the dimensions under WooCommerce>Products>Display?

I just installed the child theme for the Storefront theme, Boutique.. I’ve uploaded a header which according to the info should be 1950 x 500. That did not work as it appeared way too large. I decreased the height to 250 and made some changes to my image size. The header is not responsive. I even tried just hiding the deader for smaller size but it did not work. Below is the code I used. I reeady don’t want to hide it though, but would lke it to be responsive. Any thoughts?

I have installed Storefront theme and it’s child theme Boutique and even before I get to do anything with it when I go to Customize I get the following Warning:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/lorirae/public_html/wp-content/themes/storefront/inc/customizer/class-storefront-customizer.php on line 105
I have tried deleting them and installing again. Previously I had the same setup and it was working fine until the latest WooCommerce theme update about a week ago. Any one experiencing this same issue?
