i have an issue in dropdown sub-menu in header menu after the wordpress update 5.6.2. They do not work at all!

I’ m getting high CPU usage (80% – 90%) in my linux VPS due to boldr-lite theme.

I traced the process and found /public_html/index.php (wordpress home) cause of this high CPU load.

I didn’t see single.php or any other page taking such high loads.

I disabled all the plugins and tested, but same result as before.

Also my server has several wordpress installations, only this site (other sites has different themes) has this type of issue due to the boldr-lite theme.

Please check and issue an update to reduce the server load.

Bonjour à tous. Depuis quelque jours, j’ai un soucis d’affichage sur certaines pages. Je pense que c’est apparu depuis la dernière mise à jour de WP.

Donc comme indiqué dans le titre, j’ai des balises <SPAN> visible dans certains titres. Exemple sur cette page : https://surfcastingclubdecaen.com/category/concours-2018/

Le problème n’appara?t pas sur les article ou les pages, juste les catégories.
En changeant de thème, le problème n’existe plus.

Une idée de comment régler ce petit problème ? Car j’ai rien trouvé.

I’m not sure if the theme developer of BOLDR still checks in here but I didn’t feel like registering at his support site so I thought I’d post here.

I am trying to remove the date and author info on the front page and posts and also remove the space where those items show up. I added this custom CSS and the date/author is removed but the space still remains.

.postmetadata .meta-date,
.postmetadata .meta-author { display: none; }
.post-contents { padding-left: 0; }

I am using the BoldR Lite theme and have a couple of issues, please could someone or the Theme creator help me.

Issue 1: I would like to remove the horizontal lines that appear both above and below page titles (The one that is above the page title is below the navigation links). How do I do this?

Issue 2: The theme easily allows me to change the background image, however the body of the website is white, if I want to add a background image to the body (white) section, which part of the CSS do I edit for this?

I had a previous theme where I set up a gallery page in the menu and then had three drop down tabs (pages) to choose from. I changed to BoldR Lite theme and now I only have a gallery tab, the drop down does not show. Can this not be done in BoldR Lite?

I would like to center my logo on the page and get rid of the search bar. Apparently this css should do it, but it has not worked for me. The search bar still appears and the logo is off to the side. Any help very very much appreciated!!!

I just fixed a broken child theme due to a parent theme update. Some of the boldr_option things were replaced if I got that right.

I customized the Boldr Lite a little bit. I’m using a layout without sidebar. It works fine for most pages (categories, single posts, etc.). But It doesn’t work for the search result page. There is no sidebar, but the page is not full width. I guess some CSS hacks are necessary. However, I did not find the CSS parts to customize.

Or is it some php file which has to be customized? Which one?

Are there any sugggestions…

Recently I have started working on my website https://www.logginto.com and am currently using BoldR Lite theme on my website. I want to use this plugin WP-PageNavi on this theme but have absolutely no idea how to as I don’t know even a bit of coding.

The plugin author has said:

In the Twentyten theme, it looks like this:

I asked the plugin author but the rude bastard said he won’t give “that level of support” and asked me to contact the theme author. At least I expect that you guys will help me.

Can the theme author please give me a step by step procedure as to where I have to insert those given lines of code in case of BoldR Lite?.

Will be really thankful. Also I am planning to buy the pro version of the theme once I start monetizing from my blog as I absolutely love this theme.

first of all, Happy New Year for everyone. While enjoying my christmas holiday, I spent some time with customizing BoldrLite Theme by a child theme. I’m happy with most parts of it.

But unfortunately, there is a problem with the sticky posts. On the first page, the sticky post is displayed in a box (as intended). But on the second blog page, the box isn’t displayed. On the third page there is no sticky post anymore. What’s the reason for that behaviour. Do you have any ideas???

When I add the widget of blog subsribtions to my sidebar in my boldr lite theme.

Then you cant see the “Widget title” aka the SUBSCRIBE

The text is black in a black box.

And you cannot change it.

On my website, Round3Gaming.net, when I try to add styling to the post (in edit post), it comes out un-styled and placed inside a paragraph tag. Also, youtube videos do not show up and span elements ignored. If you go to the website right now, you can see that nothing shows up in the feed “test.” This feed is the exact content copy of a feed on March 1st, 2014 entitled Training in the lab with Marth! but that feed works and this one doesn’t.

PS: I just upgraded 3.9.1 not too long ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

When using the ‘Excerpt’ instead of ‘Full Posts’ on my home page, it loses the formatting.

Is there anyway to use excerpts but keep the formatting?

I’m trying to create a home page in the menu on the website that directs you back to the front page when you’re navigated away in another part of the site. I have a posts page as the front page of the site rather than a static page and I just can’t seem to work out how to do it.
