Hello, im using the blue and grey theme, an its awsome , i just need to remove the “Posted on date by” whenever i have a new post.

All my posts are displayed as summaries. How can I display full text on all posts without having to click “More”?

I am using the Blue and Grey theme but this could apply to lots of themes.

Is there a way to choose which pages are displayed along the horizontal menu at the top of the theme?

At the moment it displays all pages but I would like it to display just a few. I could hard code it but is there a way to do it through the dashboard?
