I am just starting a blog with blossom feminine free and I have found it really user friendly. I did ask a question to the support team and I was really impressed by the support I received. It has made me want to upgrade as I know I will get professional, patient and amazing support as I need it.

Had a glitch on one of my site pages where the menus and sidebars were out of place. It did take a minute, but it was resolved. The service rep was polite and professional.

At first the service is great. The support replies and helps decent. But when the real trouble starts, there is no reply on any of my emails. After leaving a bad review on their site (they check all the reviews before publication, that isn’t fair ain’t it?) I got a reply to help and understand. When I explain and ask for refund they aren’t so helpful anymore. It took me to many time and costs me a theme and plugin for the website. So I would think twice to use this theme!

I bought one of their themes (CoachPress), only to discover that the pricing is not a one time purchase (as is the case for almost all premium wordpress themes). There is an annual charge with these themes, which is not disclosed upfront. One finds themselves locked into an annual subscription.

My theme has a beautiful design, it is super easy to customize and has a lot to offer, even in the free version. Also: I’ve contacted the support team twice and both times they got back to me within hours with a proper solution to my problem. Should I ever need another theme in the future, I will for sure pick one of theirs.

Nabin Jaiswal is on it! I can’t believe how quickly he responds to a support ticket. And not with a form letter response either, he offers real solutions right away. This is absolutely priceless when you are just starting a blog. It’s such a relief to know that help is there, if and when, you need it.

The customer service you get from the IT team here is fantastic! Couldn’t have set up my website without them, and I’d done a 1-day WordPress training course, and have used 3 different content management systems in previous jobs. I would definitely recommend upgrading to the pro version and getting all the help you need from their support documentation and email responses. Thanks Subham and Nabim!

Ich bin so froh, als ich das Blossom-Theme gefunden habe. Es ist zwar ein Fashion-Theme aber es schaut auch für meine Zwecke sehr gut aus. Die Funktionen sind einfach zu bedienen und es sieht wirklich sehr professionell aus.
Doch was mich vor allem begeistert, ist der gro?artige Support. Ich habe mich nun zum zweiten Mal an den Blossom-Support gewandt, weil ich nicht mehr weiter gekommen bin und Hilfe ben?tigte. Ich habe so schnell und umgehend eine Antwort bekommen. Der Service-Mittarbeiter war sehr nett und hat blitzschnell meine Probleme l?sen k?nnen. Gro?artig!! Ich bin absolut begeistert.
Ich kann die Blossom-Themes und vor allem den Service von ganzem herzen weiterempfehlen.

I’ve never worked with such a convoluted, widget-heavy mess of a theme. It LOOKS nice, but takes eons to load. I contacted their support but apparently they were/are too busy to bother responding. I realize I can’t get back my time and my frustration is unable to be quantified in dollars, but at the very least a refund for this hot mess would be nice.

Such a pretty theme! Clean and bright, easy to customize. Service is fantastic! Any changes I wanted to make or questions I had were promptly and effectively handled. As I was beginning to customize my site I had a TON of questions and each one was answered quickly and courteously. My most recent question was handled within 3 hours and Nabin took the time to look at my site and not only sent me the code but included more code to make it look better. A few months again I submitted a request for the theme to carry a new social media icon (for Patreon). After some debate, they agreed to develop the new icon. It took a few months to add and include in the update; however, it is now available.
