Is this a specification? Is there a solution?

How can I edit theme.

This is amazing theme, really attractive to me. So i have decided to setup as demo to understand more. I am now blocked at homepage.

1/ the three featured posts on the top are not in a carousel.
2/ the content of other posts below are fully broke down that spread the page length too much
3/ The pictures shown on the right sidebar (Popular) are bigger than demo does.

– Blog layout/Standard.
– Homepage setting: The latest posts

Please advise.

I am testing this theme and so far it is quite clear. The only thing that I can’t access to the modifications of the template of the single article, that is to modify in my language the writing: YOU MAY ALSO LIKE … change the keys for social connections etc.

Using the Blogside theme, I set my blog layout as ‘List’ but the image size on my post list becomes squeezed. I wish to have the large sized image as shown on the front page of live demo: https://demo.alx.media/x/?theme=Blogside

It does not work.
Theme Options – Blog – Blog Layout – List.

I choose List or Standard

But on the main page I always see – Grid.
If I create a blog page, I see there too – Grid.

I watch the site on 1920 screen. And
the top menu has wrong indents on the sides.

Now:

Amazing theme! Very clean and versatile. I just have one question: is it possible to change the number of post columns in the grid layout? 3 columns would be ideal for us. Thanks!

I can not for the life of me figure out how to change the font colour in the CSS for the sidebars, the post or the excerpts. Any help?

Hello! I’ve started using this theme and I’m trying to work out how this all works. I pinned three of my first posts to the front page, or so I thought. But when I wrote out the fourth post, it bumped one of the third off. I’m wondering how to keep the same posts front and center? And where do the posts go, how do you find them once the last three (which is what it seems to be showing) are the only ones lined up at the top? Does that make sense? Thanks!

I really like the theme, but I would like my side bar to use less space.
It almost looks like 60%-40% on my screen…between content and sidebar…

Could it be closer to 70-30…?

Question2: I also can’t seem to get lightbox to work. I installed all the recommended plugins.

Some new Gutenberg block types does not supported by theme. For example:
* pullquote very different on block editor and on page.
* button lost his style
* cover looks very strange
* latest posts always looks like unordered list
and many other issues

P.S. Twenty nineteen theme introduces support of new interesting image block align types: wide width and full width

I have created a site using pages with a sidebar on the righthand side using the Blogside theme. Under the sidebars options I have set Primary for: Home, Single and Default Page. The sidebar contains a menu.
The front page (set as default) has an image. This image appears at the top of all pages.
Each child page has a featured image. These images are not displayed on the page.
One of the featured images from a child page appears in all sidebars.
I am unclear:
1. Why one of the featured images from a child page appears in all sidebars?
2. Why no other featured image appears on the child page?
3. How I cam get each of the featured images in the child pages to appear instead in the page’s sidebar?

You help would be appreaciated.

I love this theme. One feature that would is not working that I didn’t even notice was the “You May Also Like” other posts preview. The images for the three posts are not showing up. Is there a plugin I need to enable? Thanks!
