Immediately after adjusting the time zone in Settings, the layout changed to an older view. When I try to change back, everything is setup as it should be except when I click the “Publish” button, it generates these errors:
Click 1. “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple of seconds, and then try again.”
Click 2. “The previous set of changes has already been published. Please try saving your current set of changes again.”
When I change the time zone back to default (UTC) in settings and save, it loads a weird layout I’ve never seen before and I have to reinstall BC Consulting theme and the whole thing starts over again. Also, I lost all my Plugins.
I ran the plugin “Health Check & Troubleshooting” and it tells me under available themes:
“Active: Twenty Twenty
BC Business Consulting – Switch to this theme
Bizz Builder – Switch to this theme
Consultare – Switch to this theme
Consulting – Switch to this theme
Show 9 remaining themes”
**** Please note>>> “Active: Twenty Twenty”.
When I select the option “BC Business Consulting – Switch to this theme”, it gives a weird new layout I’ve never seen before.
This is what it should look like. Image is right after I hit the “Publish” button (with error message visible): https://i.imgur.com/CbWpJIg.png
Please help.
ETA: I just changed to the “Consulting” theme and it lets me make changes, but I’d rather use “BC Business Consulting” theme instead.
]]>Seems like all I did was changed time zone from UTC to “Chicago” and all hell broke loose. Website changed to an earlier look AND it will not let me publish changes.
Error: “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”
Error:”The previous set of changes has already been published. Please try saving your current set of changes again.”
]]>Theme has a nice hero block as a page top and had good customisation options.
Now block has vanished?
Slider style image has been mocked up to compensate but I woudl rather find the missing block?
]]>Hi,
I am going in circles and can’t seem to find a solution. Hopefully pretty basic!
So, Since a WP update the product images, when hovering over them disappear – they used to show a variation. Please help to get that back.
Also, I don’t want to have ‘read more’ and ‘select options’. I just want my customers to be able to click the image to open that product page.
sorry is this is simple and I am missing something but I just can’t seem to find a way of sorting it out!
Thanks in advance!
Rob
]]>There is a bug in the mobile menu (when used as a one page site).
After you click on the section you want to access, it won′t collapse back.
This is the solution I found, I post it here in case someone else needs it.
In the file assets/bc-business-consulting.js add this piece of code before the jQuery closure:
if($(window).width() < 950){
$(‘#navbar’).click(function() {
$(“#navbar”).removeClass(“navbar-collapse collapse in”);
$(“#navbar”).addClass(“collapsing”);
});
}
How to activate “home” button in Primary menu?
It does not work at mouse pointer hovering and when the home pic is pressed.
Thanks!

]]>I want to change the text in the home page header widget but it won’t let me in to edit it. I do not want my page title to appear. It says shift-click to edit and it highlights it but I can still not edit.
]]>I’ve just created https://davidboheapianoservice.co.uk/ using the Business Consulting theme. On a mobile phone, links do not work. The menus work, but the links do not. Links work fine on a PC (firefox), but not on a mobile (I’ve tried iOS with Safari and Chrome, and Android with Chrome)
Try scrolling down the bottom of the home page and clicking reviews or contact me link. Nothing. The form on the Contact page does not work either.
This seems like a bug. My page is hosted on AwardSpace.
Having viewed some online forums about other Themes with similar problems in the past, I tried adding the override CSS article{z-index:1;} – this weirdly seems to have fixed links higher up on the Contact page but not those low down on the home page, or the form on the Contact page.
]]>Dear BC Business Consulting dev team,
Can I ask a little help? I started using your theme, but seems like, that the woocommerce shop page is not showed properly. The page doesn’t have margins. Could you help me fixing it? Thank you!
Kind regards,
George
