I am unable to get the blue share button with the number of shares on my i phone. In Bard theme i can see how it shall look on my phone, but its not coming up on the phone. I phone 15 pro max.

- I get white space on the top of the page, when i click on it it leads to the homepage
- I get a logo displayed on the whole page on the mobile version.

I am trying to increase the height of my footer to incorporate new art. But I’m running into a road block. I don’t know how to get it done. Below is an example of one of the footer images.
My next problem is related.
How do I make it so each page has a different footer? Or a randomized footer? I have found no plugins that aren’t Divi or Elementor (they both don’t work well with my gremlin brain) and I tried using code in the footer.php and page.php. It failed miserably.

]]>Few weeks ago I bought a Pro Version of Bard Theme. I’m very satisfied but yesterday I looked at the mobile version and on the bottom of my site something bad is going on. It looks like some images, posts and navigation pages colide and this is connected with right sidebar.
This is unacceptable. The same problem is on different mobiles: Samsung, Pixel.
This happens when I add Instagram Feed on the Right Sidebar. When I disable this feed, this works.

]]>Working on this website for a client, but the social icons are showing up as empty boxes on the homepage, as well as single post pages.
On full pages like ABOUT the social icons do show up in all areas they are displayed (top menu / footer menu).
The cache for both the website and browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera GX) were cleared, no change. Other computers which never visited the website before also encounter this problem.
Using a third-party account for social icons is not an option.
Manually adding social icons with custom images ends up completely blank/invisible as well.
The client is a Bard Pro user, running the “Bard Food” theme.
Desktop menu is up an running w/o any problems, but I did not manage to see a mobile view menu. Neither on iOS nor on Android devices. Deactivation of all plugins does not chance anything.
I can not find a configuration option within the theme that makes that happen.

I am pretty new to wordpress and hope this is an easy one:
I want to have a header on the stated website which consists of an slider and the title of the website.
The title should be in a white field below the header-slider. For this I edited the pictures to be higher and have an big white stripe on the bottom where the website title is placed in.
I moved the title down accordingly to create the desired look.
This works nice on the Desktop version of the view but in the mobile version the website title is shifted up into the header slider.
Is there a way to adjust this ?

]]>I have not yet activated my site. I am currently customizing it before launching, using the free Bard theme.
The problem:
On both pages and posts, they are showing up with the first letter in the text displaying with a large letter, i.e dropcap. In the block editor, dropcap is turned off; however, despite dropcap being turned off, when I preview or publish the page or post, the page or post both display the letter as a large dropcap style letter in the first sentence of any post.
Please help. I don’t understand why it is doing this when I have the dropcap setting turned off!

My Logo font looks fine on desktops and even iPad but it’s not loading on the mobile version of the site. Just a white box shows up. Interesting because the tagline shows up. I’ve tried changing the size and type of font and directly adding google fonts into the header.php. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m trying to customize the Bard Pro theme, and ran into a few issues. Bard customer service has stopped responding, so hoping someone here can help.
1. How to fix appearance of text on pages?
Something happened that the text on all pages is smooshed with lines all appearing on top of each other, completely illegible. I found that I can partially fix the issue by increasing the line height size of Body Text, however, that only fixes the issue on one page, and then another page gets messed up and the fix does not stick. When I click back and forth on between pages the issue returns. How can I ensure the font appears correct on all pages? This doesn’t seem like a spacing issue because my setting are global…
Existing global site text settings:
Line height: 26
Font size: 12
Letter Spacing: 0
1a. Footer text cut off – the footer copy also appears cut off from the top – only bottom half of text is visible. Nothing I do seems to fix this issue, not sure if it’s related to the above smooshed text issue.
2. How to add Featured Slider to HOME page?
I want the home page to have full length image gallery slider with 5-10 rotating images, however this setting seems to only apply to the Blog pages, not the home page. Please advise how to activate gallery image slider on home page.

Do you suggest any cart plugin that works good for Bard Pro theme? I found out that most of theme go in the sandwich menu on mobile, so they are not easily accessible. I’m currently using WooCommerce Side Cart and I’m quite satisfied, but maybe there is a better choice?

Currently working on issue that is preventing the website to redirect to HTTPS,
and it appears to be caused by the following error in the browser console.
Unsafe attempt to load URL https://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-social-icons/symbol-defs.svg#social-facebook from frame with URL https://sharpconfidentman.com/. Domains, protocols and ports must match.
Deactivating the plugin doesn’t prevent the error being thrown and it seems the attempt is coming from the theme.
Can you please advise on what might be the cause/fix?

I am working on a blog page for different topics. The site is not online yet. I am constantly running into trouble when i try to adjust the image sizes in Elementor. Doesnt matter if its a featured image oder a photo gallery or a post…The images are not adjustable. I can choose thumbnail or large etc. – doesnt have any effect at all.
If its necessarcy i can upload some screenshots. But since its my first wordpress installation i probably just doing something basically wrong…even though its normally straithforward and i managed to find solutions for every other problem to this point :-).

I am trying to upload a new header image to my site and no matter what I try, the text in the header is appearing blurry. I have tried different file types (jpeg, png, gif, converted pdf) as well as doubling the photo size while maintaining ratios. No luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
On desktop there is no issue, only on mobile. When switching to a mobile device, the icons on my menu bar (the ones that tell readers a drop down exists, search etc.) completely disappear and I’m left with just a white bar with nothing on it.
This is greatly affecting my bounce rate for mobile.
The social icons all disappear, too.
Any ideas? ??

J’ai un problème que je ne parviens pas à gérer depuis plusieurs semaines seule et je ne trouve la réponse nulle part via tutos etc je me tourne donc vers vous.
Lorsque j’ai commencé à vouloir travailler sur mon blog j’avais téléchargé un template pour explorer la plateforme, tout fonctionnait très bien, je n’avais qu’à modifier le texte et les photos sur ce template. J’ai ensuite souhaité changer de template pour en explorer d’autres et depuis plusieurs semaines impossible de travailler dessus. Je m’explique tous les templates gratuits sur lesquels je vais essayer de travailler apparaissent comme “cassés”, la barre de menu y est manquante ou totalement décalé, les visuels absents et les cases à compléter aussi. En bref, j’ai beau sélectionné un template pour avoir une base de travail je me heurte ensuite à quelque chose qui ressemble à ?a : https://aminazgd.com/ alors que ce n’est pas du tout censé y ressembler lorsque je regarde le template de base, en l’occurence là le thème BARD. J’attire votre attention sur le fait que TOUS les différents templates que je test rencontrent le même soucis. J’ai bien essayé de faire un RESET de mon wordpress avec l’extension WP Reset mais rien n’y fait mais avec cela je n’y parviens toujours pas et il m’est impossible d”avancer sur mon projet.
Quelqu’un a déjà rencontré ce soucis ? Une aide serait vraiment la bienvenue..
