Astrid is a pretty premium wordpress theme in and of itself given that it is entirely free! On top of that, the support given by athemes is wonderful. It has to be noted the theme is free AND the support is free, which is really quite something! I’ve asked for help in customizing the theme various times and was always helped right away.
Very satisfied.
If I ever upgrade to a more premium theme (which is hard because Astrid is already very premium) I will definitely buy it at Athemes.

Solid theme, easy to use and navigate but the best thing is the support – they always try and help you instead of loading you up with links – it is something I personally have not found elsewhere.

I’m not too technically knowledgeable when it comes to PHP and WordPress themes, but aThemes Astrid was a breeze to work with. From the beginning, I found it reasonable, even easy, to get things done. I had little conflict with it at all.

I went through dozens of themes before deciding on Astrid. I’m currently using the free version and it has everything you could ask for. The support is friendly and responds within 1-2 days. They’ve helped me with a few issues. Their support is to the point and right on. I’m considering going to the pro version just to see what other aspects I would have access to.

I’d like to thank Athemes and all the support team (especially Roman) for Astrid Theme. Bot version Free and Pro works very good, i’ve tried many themes but once arrived on Astrid, it has been a relax. Astrid do everything i need, as i need and, in case of help to modify something, support service i can say it is very quick, never waited more than 72 hours to see all my requests satisfied (often not more than 24 hours).
I use Astrid by 2 years and i think i will use it for long again.

I saw a promo for Astrid that hyped how fast it was to set up.
They were right. I had a shiny new, responsive site up and running in just a few hours.

I was wondering when you will come with Astrid to WordPress Repository ??
It’s really great, widgetized wordpress theme with many options of customization, only thing i missed was customizable footer, it needs to be edited directly via php files.
Already made one website with Astrid and i’m really happy with it.

The theme is great for me. It looks good and brings the most needed sections for a startpage with it. Although it might not be suitable for everybody or every purpose, as it looks kind of luxurious. So, maybe it is not for the random blogging site or common business. But hey, I like it. I am on that theme since V 1.04 – now it is V 1.10 I guess.
On the downside: I have some issues with the live editor using this theme, don’t know what it is. But the developers of the theme are working on a fix for my particular problem.
One more thing: The support is A+ – I have to say that, because they helped me with some CSS and JS issues.
