Hi,

I am not entirely experience with wordpress yet, but I wish to use this theme with the Yada Wiki plugin.

On the normal page editor, I have the option to select the Full, No Sidebar Page Template. Is there somewhere in the theme files that I can edit so that all wiki related pages are automatically Full, No Sidebar Page Template?

Site’s content hide on the right side on mobile devices.
on desktop it’s look OK.

Your theme Asteroid is a really good fit for my smartwatch watch faces website. Thank you for your efforts.

I organize the watch faces by feature categories and having the categories on top in the blog and search view is great but when you get to the Post view there are no categories only the tags. Now I did replicate the categories to the tags but it would be really great if I could have those categories on top of the single post view too. Am I missing something? Is there a way to do what I suggest in the theme? Otherwise I may have to create a child theme and dig in to your files to figure it out. Don’t want the categories showing up twice in blog and search views either.

In my blog page here that hosts my blog posts. i cannot see the options to remove the sidebar or to choose which widgets to have in the sidebar.

I have a wordpress site on a WAMP localhost install using a child theme of the Asteriod theme found in the wordpress directory. I used the Asteroid style.css as a starting point for the child.

I’m trying to get rid of two borders that I didn’t create, and I cannot find them in the css. I’ve done the “inspect element” thingy over and around the elements in question, tracked down the classes in css, and I have searched the css for keyword border and checked them all.

Can’t find these borders.
One of the elements is the theme’s “read post” button.

If someone can please give me a good place to start over, I’d appreciated it.

I have Asteroid theme installed for my website (a child theme obviously) with S2member plugin. It is default login link in side menu, but how can I add login/register area to the main menu (Reason: I use full width pages with only main horisontal menu bar at the top of the page).

How do I adjust the size of the buttons on the menu, so they were equal.

I do not have the option “Search” on the right corner, so I would like to have the last button menu came to the edge of the page.

Is it possible the alignment buttons in the drop-down menu?

Somewhere in past months, my drop down menus stopped working in mobile. The last time I tested them was a year ago and they worked fine then. I have verified “null” is included in the top item and have looked at source code to make sure the full link, including https:// is included in the links. Using Asteroid ver 1.2. How do I show more than one blog excerpt on my page? I like the way it appears on the sample when you install the theme but can’t see where to change it from just the most recent post to say the last 3-4 posts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Client would like the main author’s replies not to be displayed in the recent comments area on the sidebar. Just the comments left by quests.

Hello. I am wanting to change the default Post Navi at the bottom of single post pages. Instead of just listing the previous and next post names I want it to say “Maybe You Would Also Like…”

I tried to do this in the loop-single page by replacing the %link with the text I wanted. It did display correctly, but then it no longer worked as a link. Help!

Is there a way I can make the Asteroid theme a full width theme by default, without having to go on every page and select “Full, No Sidebar” ??

I updated Asteroid just after the auto update to WP3.9. Now my site, https://LovedAsIf.com, won’t load. When I called my hosting company, they said Asteroid didn’t update & it seems my site has been hacked. They suggested I choose an updated theme.

How do I know that an update, downloaded through WP won’t work? How do I choose a theme that will update? I just need my site to work What do I do?

Hello. I like your Asteroid theme, but I have a problem. I use addthis plugin for sharing and when I try to share on facebook a single post instead to share title and post content, it share the title, once again title,post date and then content. Why? With other themes it works ok.

1) How can I change the color of the active menu from red to another color?
2) How to remove the page title displayed at the top of every page?

I don’t know if this has to do with the recent update or not but I have several sites running Asteroid theme, and the widgets which allow menu content to be shown in the sidebar are no longer showing any items.

Only the widget title shows but nothing is clickable and you just see white space. I tried removing the widget and adding it back, also tried renaming the menu but nothing works.

This is a great theme! I am working on creating a new template file and was wondering which file is the “default” page template that shows up as a choice when creating new pages. I found the template-blank.php and the template-no-sidebar.php but was wondering which one would be like a default page.php file? Thank you in advance.

I used a function to remove “AIM, Jabber and Yahoo Messenger” and add “Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and SoundCloud” from the edit user page but,I want to add them in the author box or on the author page instead of adding the links in the author info to make better visually.

What is the featured image size??
