If you were looking for the Aspen Weaver Theme, Weaver has recently released the New Generation called Weaver Xtreme.

As a result, Aspen (an Weaver II)are entering end of life.

So if you are starting a new Site, you should probably start it using the new Weaver Xtreme instead of Aspen.

Good News if you are familiar with Aspen, you will be at ease with the new more powerful one.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a theme. It was a jumping off point for me to design exactly what I wanted.
