I already wrote an E-Mail I dont know if I just need to update the theme because the autoupdater doesnt show any update for it.

I use appointment child theme and after a scan with pagespeed, I got an accessibility warning issue about titles of WBR widget on homepage: “The header elements are not in sequential descending order.”

How can fix it?

For the Appointment Theme 2.7.8, I have set up a start page with a slider and various sections. After an update to 3.4.7, the start page is completely lost (no more slider, no more sections). What am I doing wrong? Thanks for Your help!

Trying to contact you regarding the license key for the appointment pro version of the theme. We purchased the 3 site license through an email at the domain above but did not receive the license key. Multiple emails have gone unanswered on this, and I would like to update the sites waiting for it. Please advise. If you send an email to that registered account I can answer that.

Shouldn’t it be
if($news_setting[‘home_meta_section_settings’] == 0 ) { ?>
instead of
if($news_setting[‘home_meta_section_settings’] == ” ) { ?>

(see line 20 in the same file)

But I urgently need to change data on the contact page. If I change this data directly in the database in the wp_options table, an error occurs that causes the entire website to display incorrectly.

no slider picture. When I add a post and type in the header the set featured picture should appear in the pane but it doesnt. only excerpt and discussion so I cannot add a picture to the slider,

The ssh-sftp-updater-support plugin seems to be causing problems in a WP 6.2.2 instance of the Appointment theme in its Green version (child theme)
The site page is causing a failure of the external site. The Admin site is still accessible.

Hello, my slider is no longer visible (not even the demo slider). I am using Appointment Pro version and all systems and plugins are updated. I look forward to a suggested solution.

I use appointment child and works fine but every time I try to update the parent theme it breaks the site.

I don’t know why it happens and don’t know what to do ( I still have 3.2.7 version).

Another question…the child theme must be the green one, right? Why after updating the parent I see the orange one?

I am having an issue with blog page on which all posts are listed as full text and not excerpt which is selected in settings -> reading.

How to make a blog page which will lists posts with few sentences and “read more” button.

This start page should show only 2 posts of the category "MainEntry", but it shows my posts of all the other categories as well. 
- In field "Select Category For Latest News" I have selected the category "MainEntry"
- In field "Select Number Of Posts" I have entered: 2

I use appointment and I see the site name twice, on e with link in home and the other smaller on it without link.
I can’t understand why.
Anyway I’ve found the div related to it by firefox web tool:

I’m using the paid version. When I go to my themes in WP I get update the free version (it’s udpated to 3.2.5). But for the pro version, I never get a notification to update the theme. So my pro version which I’m using is still on version 2.4.

How can I update the pro version?

I use the Appointment Green childtheme version 1.3.2 and currently work on a local copy.
I recognized, the Read more buttons only show up when the post has a long excerpt text (which is cut off in the slider). If it has a short excerpt text or none, the buttons won’t show up although the posts themselves have content.

Could you please correct that, bc the sliderposts are useless if one cannot open the post.
If there is any other way, please let me know.

I’m using a “Appointment – green” theme.
All ok, but If I see it by my mbile device (or another mobile device) and I tap my toggle menu (hamburger menu), items in this menu appear. ANd it’o ok. But when I whant to tap above a item of them, the menu disappears!
Is there any css or on so on I will be able to insert?

The slider images in desktop view and tablet view is perfect, but from mobile view are showing the exact big pic and they are not fit to the screen unless I flip the phone to horizontal. Anu idea please how to fix that?
