The options to add a reference, image, quote or equation do not work under WP 4.5.3 (nothing happens when I click the icons).
Copy-paste doesn’t work either
Thanks in advance for your help, great theme!
Hello.
I use WordPress 4.0.11 and Annotum Base 2.0.
in Windows Server, article images display well, but in Linux not, although same source and data.
I install, delete, reinstall,test many times, backup same site source in Windows and restored it in CenOS, but the result is same.
I hope I can fix it in CentOS. Can you help me?
Best regards.
T.K. Yoon
The theme was working fine and I have now updated wordpress to 4.3 and the articles box doesnt allow you to add any text
The Abstract box has also dissapeared and References doesnt allow me to enter any content either
All other sections, Title, Subtitle, Funding, Acknowledgments etc are all fine
I have disabled all plugins and reverted back to an earlier version of WP and its working fine, but this isnt an ideal solution as my server will auto update to wp 4.3.
Is it possible to fix the theme for WordPress 4.3??
i have just started using annotum.
i’ve got a two part question.
1) how can i hide the word “home” on the start page title
2) how can i add a “read more link”? right now the articles have a […] at the end but you can’t click on it. i would like something, either text that says read more, or make the three dots clickable.
my demo site that i now have it loaded on for testing is https://www.lizartlizard.com/blanco
I have a specific category that I want to remove all of the published info from under the post title. (date and category info) Mine is a sports page, and I add game information and results. It is not necessary to have a published date or category for this. However, I would like to keep the information in other categories, where the timely information is relevant.
Please help me to know where to look for the div that contains this information, as I am not finding it in the control panel.
I’d also like to change the placement of the social media div, and the answer to the previous question will probably answer that one, as well.
Thank you.
I am able to do simple things in the body of a post, like call alert boxes. But anything more complex than that fails. I have tried a plain HTML version on my webhost, calling the javascript, and it works fine. But in my Annotum theme posts, code doesn’t work.
Please help.
Thank you.
Using 9/12/21013 download of Annotum Base. Can create article and preview it in draft form. Once submitted for review, approved & subsequently published, I am getting “page not found” messages when I try to access the article.
The article is visible as a title in a list on front page (Recent Articles) but when I click on the link to take me to read the article I get the “page not found” message.
At this time I am only user (admin). The Publish date is OK – I tried setting it for present day/time as well as earlier day/time.
Probably something simple …

I have read everything I can and tried everything I dared to change the header constraint to 500×300. Even if I have changed it (I can’t tell), the cropping still limits me to the 52px height. Please, in the name of all that is WordPressy, help me get this done.
If you have code for me to pop in to php or css files, please be specific as to which files I should edit.
I am using a child theme based on Annotum Base.
Hello all,
I’m using the WordPressUsers plugin to generate a list of contributors to my academic journal website. At present, the plugin does a great job of listing the “posts” and “comments” created by each user; however, because this is an academic journal, I need it to also list the “articles” created by each contributor. I’m using the Annotum theme and articles are created (I think) as a custom post type. I’ve identified the portion of the code I need to change (I think) to make the loop spit out the data I need; however, I can’t seem to find the correct “name” to include. Here’s the code that needs changed:
if ($recent_posts) {
$html .= "
Recent Articles by $curauth->display_name
\n";
$html .= "
\n";
foreach( $recent_posts as $post )
{
setup_postdata($post);
$html .= "
<a href=" . get_permalink($post->ID) . ">" . $post->post_title . "
";
}
$html .= "
\n";
}
For each of those sections that has $post, I think I need something else that points this bit of code to the custom post type of article that Annotum uses. Can anyone help? I’m still (obviously) in the process of learning .php and this is driving me crazy. ?? Any help would be much appreciated.
