I need to display in a product details page, the list of existing categories. The option product + sub categories display in categories Menu does not work

How can I do that ?

I had some Theme Translation Issues in WordPress 6.7, after update WP to 6.7 I lose translation

This path: ‘www/wp_content/theme/ample/language’ – still doesn’t work

So I fix issues by using another path for my translation files:

‘www/wp-content/languages/themes/ample-pl_PL.mo’

Do you know why?

hi you have a great theme here, i’m amazed by the double column functionality which i looked for a long time but couldn’t find. also i’m impressed by the minimalist design too. that being said i would like to know if you can provide simple css/php/shortcodes etc that can do the following:

1. need a cart on the header, in most themes you can arrange and place different elements widgets in the header, typically in a three row format with 3 columns per row, this is completely absent i’m quite surprised, there is no option to rearrange and add subtracts widgets and elements in the header
2. sidebar width takes too much space, i would liek to shorten it by a few percentages so content area is bigger
3. ability to omit sidebar from showing in mobile because of space issues

I just upgraded to version 1.3.5 (free) and WP 6.4.1. All of a sudden the headline of all posts disappeared. I shifted to another theme, and the headlines were back.

I’m setting up a WooCommerce store using the Ample Theme.

I can’t get rid of the Example Widget that appears on all my Product pages. I’m afraid that the link I have provided won’t work because the site is in the development phase.

I am not using any widgets, but have the example widget on every Product page. I found info relating to a different theme where you switch off the examples, but I can’t find this option with Ample.

I tried various solutions i found on the internet, but nothing happens.

Hi,
I recently got a new Google Pixel 7 – and when I’m in landscape view – it triggers my websites to show the PC view, rather than mobile. So my menu no longer has the 3 lines to click down, and there are 2 columns instead of 1 etc.
I’m wanting to please increase the size of the mobile view parameters, so that on my phone it still triggers the mobile view even when in landscape.

ich am testing with your ample theme in staging environment and at the moment I am having one problem.

The “post image” or “featured image” of a post is not showing when I open the post itself. The picture I just can see in the “show recent posts” section. But not if I open the post…

Is there a chance to show the picture also within the post?

I am using the free ample theme. I uploaded an image and used it as header.
I would like to know how can we add a link to the header image so that it will go to the homepage whenever the header image is clicked.

I made the homepage a static page and now can’t access the content on the homepage to edit. When I go to pages and that page there is no content to edit. I also checked under Appearance>Customize and can’t find the old content either. Please help!

I have inherited a website using the ample theme https://www.ukdetectives.uk/. I need to put a message under the telephone numbers in the header to say “all calls to the 0800 085 6853 are free from landlines and mobiles” I can’t work out where to do this.

The text on the “Read More” or in my case “Weiterlesen” Button is white when not hovered above. Which is kinda difficult, given the website is also white.
How can I change that?

Please could you assist for the code on editing the footer copyright code for Theme Ample ?
I saw that in a previous thread/forum question you referred the person to make contact via your website, but it does not seem that its possible to do so there.

I would like to remove ‘powered by WordPress’ – ‘Theme Ample from ThemeGrill’ can even stay if needed for the free version, but it would be great if that can be removed as well.

Widgets become also blocks and widgets don’t work in a properly way

don’t see any boxes (DIV/containers)
what do I mean by boxes/containers:
sidebar, sidebar left, sidebar right, footer, footer 1, footer 2, and more and more)
all doesn’t exist here, doesn’t display on “widgets”

there is no more Menu button on Mobile. Can you give me a solution without going through a full payment of the theme at $69. Because paying the whole theme again for each bug, after a while it’s going to cost me an arm and a leg!

hi everybody —

we′re about to start selling our tikcet at 2 pm and just found out that the cart button ist not functioning starting from a widht of 767 px.obviously thee′s some brekaing point defined. it seems to be hapenign when desktop view switches to tablet and then mobile view.however, we can not explain ourselves the reason behind this. also we do not find any setting options using the free version of Ample.

do you have any suggestions for us. this would be highly appreciated as it turns out to be super urgent.

Updated to WordPress 5.7 this morning, and now when I view the site on an iphone or ipad the menu does not appear. It works fine on Windows 10. I’ve also made minor changes to some of the pages, but not the menu, so I think it must be the new WP5.7

The sliders transit a bit slow to my liking, can you provide a code for me to add into the additional CSS box? Thanks.

For the page https://www.adaskalibratie.nl/kalibratiecentra/ I arranged the columns (locations, at the top 3 along each other / at the bottom 2 along each other) from left to right in alphabetical order. B, E and H in row 1 and L and N in row two.

However, on the mobile view the columns are shown in order from top to bottom: first the leftmost column row 1 and row 2, the middle column row 1 and row 2, the rightmost column row 1 and row 2. Can anyone help me with a solution to get the mobile view in the same order as desktop?

What is the best practice how to contribute to the Ample theme repo?

1. Fork it to my repo -> Edit source files -> Pull request
2. Upload Child theme to my repo -> Give you a note about it
3. Or just leave it there as-is (child theme) for anyone who is looking for some minor updates of the Ample theme

This is the code that wraps <img> in header area and, believe me, I’ve tried to do my best tracking it down ;-).
My point is to do some HTML/CSS tweaks of this element: Delete the <div> wrap and use img src url as CSS backround.

I use the Ample Pro theme, and I would like to not show the top menu header (the one with (“Home Nieuws Activiteiten etc..” on my site), but ONLY from my home page, it should still appear on all other pages (as is currently the case).
Can this be done? And how?
