I wanted to create a simple website without posts or comments and I was able to use Albino Mouse to do what I wanted. I would give it 5 stars if it had another widget or two in addition to the two it comes with. Also, I should add that without the “visibility” button added by jetpack to each of my widgets, the theme would not have worked for me. But, happily, jetpack worked well with it.

I like its responsiveness and simplicity.
The typography is great too. Easy to read, even on mobile devices.
What I’m missing is an option for post excerpts instead of full articles, maybe even per post format. And a (optional) widget area on the right side of the header might fill some empty space…
But, all and all, good job!

For my first WordPress site I chose the Albinomouse theme. I am very happy with it. The minimalist design is very pleasant and offers many possibilities for your own interpretation and creativity. The structure is clear and the php / css files are adequately documented. For a haphazard programmer (like me) is that very important and instructive. I was pleasantly surprised when I first opened my website on a smartphone. The Albinomouse template is doing great on a smartphone or tablet.
