I’ve had problems with a critical error, causing my website to go blank. I’ve managed to sort out the problem by deactivate the plug-ins and found that deactivate Elementor is causing the error. But when deactivating Elementor my design isn’t showing anymore. Now I have tried to change the Theme and then Elementor is working with showing parts of my design. My question is there a way to fix the theme and Elementor not working together properly?
]]>Hello. We are using your template “Airi” and I noticed one problem that I don’t know how to solve. On phones with android there is an extra mega menu on the right side, which I did not set. I have a mega menu widget set up by me on every subpage. It is usually a drop-down mega menu (three dashes). Viewing the page on the iphone I don’t see this problem, the page is as I designed it in Elementor. Unfortunately, android phones can’t browse my site comfortably because they are bothered by this mega menu.
Can you guys help me with this somehow?

1) I designed a new footer for the Airi Agency theme and in 2 sections it looks perfect but in the other 3 sections the footer looks limited, it does not occupy the correct width and it is floating leaving a blank space below.
2) The color of the menu is ok in all sections but there is only one section in which the color changes completely and I don’t know why. What can this be?
I am creating a website locally and then transfer it to a domain

I bought the Airi premium package because I like the full width layout. The default settings are different though, I can’t undo the page borders in the dashboard or in the elementer. The only way to change the design is to go to Elementor Canva, but then the header suddenly disappears. Can someone please tell me how to change the theme to full width without losing the header?

On my Services and Portfolio pages my site logo is suddenly showing as a huge image under each page heading, as well as at the top of each page. How can I remove this? I can’t see it in the template and I can’t remove it with Elementor.
I’m happy with it at the top of the page but it’s misaligning the whole page now and pushing the copy down the page.

We encountered these 2 major issues:
A casino promotion text appeared just before the website footer on all pages.
It’s not possible to remove it through Elementor or in any other way.
We tried with our hosting support different solutions and it appears to be Theme’s fault.
Also, menu items are disappeared and when we try to manually re-add them and save the menu, they disappear again.
It’s quite frustrating and we’re in an emergency to fix this.

1) The header overlaps with the Page Title Bar on every page other than Main (see https://faunafables.com/shop/)
2) In this Airi demo (https://airi.la-studioweb.com/), you can see that the header changes color on the main page when you start to scroll (text and logo go from white to black). But if you go to any other page (like https://airi.la-studioweb.com/pages/about-us/), the header is static and always black, even when you scroll. This doesn’t happen for me — the functionality on the main page is the same as for all other pages: the header starts off as white text and changes color to black when you scroll. This is problematic because the background is white on those pages (so you can’t see the header text by default). I’d like the functionality to match the Airi demo — on all non-main pages, black header that doesn’t change color on scroll.

I’m using Airi on my website – I’ve set up a child theme and am editing the stylesheet directly. I’ve tried a number of things to change the background colours and font sizes on the second level navigation menu (sub menu) and it’s not working. Can you let me know how to style the sub menu please? I’m using Menu variation 1, and checked all the following:
.main-navigation ul ul li [I’ve added styles here but they’re not coming through]
.main-navigation ul .sub-menu [although I see now that’s set to display:none ??]
all the .MenuStyle1 tags – can’t see any reference to a sub menu in those.

Some of the starter site templates are still showing PRO in the bottom and they will not install, they are asking me to buy them too.

]]>I like the airi theme and have used it on a number of sites. Lately, I have been encountering an error message when trying to save edits to a page. A 403 error is seen sometimes. I have tried using the classic editor as an answer but that does not stop the problem. When using blocks, it reports a json error when the problem occurs.
I have the latest version of wordpress and the latest version of the theme. I have tried resetting permalinks, checked file permissions but no joy. If I make an edit using elementor and save it that, it works. But changes to the page… page attributes, yoast, etc can only be done through wordpress. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?
I have used an abundance of different themes on different sites and this is the only theme where I have encountered this problem.

I’ve been having some issues with Elementor not loading which seems to be resolved at the moment but is still slow. Elementor recommends PHP version of 7.4 but when I updated my PHP to 7.4 it completely stopped working. My server provider (BlueHost) suggests PHP 7.4 may not be compatible with the theme and hence the problems. Can you please let me know if the theme will be updated to be compatible with PHP 7.4?
