I have custom post type profile. I am trying to restrict the schedule(selection of future date) of profile from backend.
How can i disable the future date selection of the post date ?

Hi,

i used the theme with its child theme SportsMag.
All Versions since 2.6.1 changed the the position of the main menu.

Since SportsMag is not available in www.remarpro.com anymore, there is no update available (latest V1.2.1) to make it fully compatible to the newest version 2.6.5 of Accesspress Mag. So i had to stay with V2.6.1.

So what has changed from 2.6.1 to 2.6.5? There are no release notes available.

Please help.

Hi. WP has updated to 5.5 and this has broken the news ticker in accesspress.

It should show: “LATEST…”
It is now just a grey box.

Not your fault of course as it’s probably the latest update, but I wondered if there is a fix coming? Or can I fix it in CSS?

inc/accesspress-functions.php at line 486 use wp_kses_post($posted_on) but $posted_on contains a <time> tag that is not allowed by wp_kses_post().

Please check this out and fix it.

If a post has multiple categories and a primary category is selected, I noticed that the breadcrumbs displayed on a post don’t take into account the primary category. Rather it looks like it uses the first category in alphabetical order.

Is there any plan on incorporating logic for the primary category to have priority in the breadcrumbs?

I’m using accesspress mag and noticed that a lot of my pictures dropped off and are not showing anymore. I can see them in my media library but not showing on the posts when viewing them. When entering to edit the post it shows the picture.

I disabled Slider……..on my website homepage there is no slider……..but this script still loads everywhere……………

Ideally the scrip should be called only on homepage where slider block appears…..

I’m trying to update my homepage on the site to create the block section homepage. However, when I look at my widgets, there are no Homepage options (such as the Homepage Blocks Area, Homepage Sidebar Area, Homepage Full Width Area). Anyone have an idea why this is the case? When I click ‘manage with live preview’, I see the message, “Your theme has 9 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.”

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to configure Free AccessPress Mag wordpress theme for my new website which is currently private. I have selected a category for “highlight section beside slider.” However, featured images of the posts from the selected category do not appear by the side of main slider on the home page.

Does this theme work in PHP 7 or above?

Problem in rendering full screen with an “issuu”.

This does not happen if the “issuu” is placed within a publication, but when placed in the sidebar. You can not see the “issuu” in full screen.

By “issuu” I refer to the page https://issuu.com

This does not happen in other pages that I manage but with other themes

1. Either the search bar has gone completely wonky or someone programmed the search feature of this theme so you can hide a Very Little icon just about anywhere, that people will never find, but if they happen to find it there is no place to actually input text.

If this is a feature programmed into the theme, how does one disable the theme search bar for the real search bar that people can use?

2. I have several small social icons in the sidebar. These icons were side by side across the sidebar horizontally until I installed this theme. Now the icons are stacked vertical. Interestingly the icons are only vertical when they are links. If the images are not links they will become horizontal across the sidebar. Of course that makes them useless.

This not only happens on the sidebar, but throughout the theme. All of my pretty pictures that were side by side within posts are now stacked up and look ridiculous.

3. I did request support through the theme’s website, but it seems to be broken. I signed up, but never received an email opt-in.
