Hello everyone,
after “playing games” and clicking some “unwanted” buttons some pages such “About Us” and ‘Contact” lost standard, real world lay out and look.
When I try to edit them again they in ‘edit phase they look commonly and ordinary ( with image, written in desirable letters font….) but after upgrading and publishing the pages look like again terrible with no image(s), no chosen and styled text letters, bigger part of the written text missing… What I have done that I shouldn’t had to do? What did I click or checked/unchecked that occurred this problem.

We have some blank pages in the dashboard, but there is actually text on the pages when you go to the site. I was wondering if upgrading the php and then updating the wordpress to the most current versions might help whatever is causing the blank pages (not all pages are blank in the dashboard when trying to enter, but some are). Or does anyone have another idea why the pages might be blank and how to fix that?

Is there any way to disable the slider in home page?

Hi. I am unable to locate anyplace to edit the home page header or the top-bar contact/social media section. I believe it may be a legacy widget that is not visible or editable in the header or widget edit menus.

I’ve searched endless hours under all the dashboard places appearance>customize or header or theme or widget, etc. etc. etc. The only header edits I am allowed is to change the image. I would like to insert some links on the header section that visitors can click on, which would show on every page of the site.

And there is no top bar menus anywhere. I have to way to edit the sections to the right of the header.

Appreciate any help.

I use the Buddypress plugin. When I try to upload a member profile image (in the frontend) I see errors in the console :

It happens only with Accesspress Lite. I guess that some javascripts are missing in this theme or the way of loading javascript is not good. Any idea?

After more investigation it seems that the problem is caused by these initializations

$('#secondary-right, #primary').theiaStickySidebar({additionalMarginTop: 35});
$('#secondary-left, #primary').theiaStickySidebar({additionalMarginTop: 35});

in the custom.js script. If I comment these 2 lines it works.

Hi, after an update of the theme, my Featured Post Slider is only displaying the Featured Image of the post, but none of the Text.

Hi, after the latest update of the theme, the drop-down arrows have moved below the Menu item. Is it possible to move it to the right of the menu item or otherwise remove the arrow?

I am not sure if I should post this on the Theme support page or the Plugin support page so please do point me in the right direction if I have put this in the wrong place.

We have had the AccessPress Lite theme installed without issue. Today we find the slider is no longer functioning as a slider. Instead of a slider it displays three images on the home page, one below each other.

We are at WordPress version 5.5.1–en_GB
We have just updated AccessPress Lite from version 2.88 to 2.91.
The theme recommended we install plugin Kirki Customizer Framework. This we did installing Kirki version 3.1.5.

After the Kirki plugin install we now find that the slider no longer works. Instead of fading from one slide to the next it displays three images on the home page one below the other.

For now we have deactivated the plugin Kirki Customizer Framework and the slider has returned to normal, ie it now acts like a slider.

Is the theme requirement for the Kirki plugin just for giving extra Customizer options or does the theme need the Kirki plugin installed and activated for other reasons?

I’m using Access Press Lite Theme and after an update my theme options tab has disappeared. How do I get the theme options tab back? Do I need to order pro version for that feature? Any help is greatly appreciated!

When Ultimate Member went from version 2.0.56 to 2.1.0, a conflict showed up with the AccessPress Lite theme. One of the Members lookup form in Ultimate Member stopped loading correctly. This is the Ultimate Member form 110. This definately looks like it is their problem. However, I hope you can work with them to solve the issue

After the last update of the theme one of the terms used on my site are not translated on the sites blog page (“Read More” are not translated to the Swedish expression “L?s mer”). I have checked the sv_SE.po file, and nothing seems to be wrong. The other translations used works fine. Do you have any explanation and possibly a solution?

Hello I in the appearance menu the option for theme options is missing. Please help

I have a very early version of Acesspress lite. I am routinely seeing error logs that the file html5.min.js is missing. I’ve searched high and low and am unable to find this file. Is there a way for me to edit accesspress lite so it’s not looking for this for this file or someplace I can download it?

I need to create button link close next to logo. I use accesspress-lite with child theme…Please I need help.

We’re recently noticed that the Read More buttons on the slider are not working when navigating our site using Chrome. We’ve tested the page using Internet Explorer and the buttons work.

Could you please provide a solution to this issue?

I’ve read posts on the forum with users identifying the same issue. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to see a solution being provided in any of these posts.

Hi. I wondered if someone could help me to overlap the logo halfway on to the slider.

Currently it is large and is causing a lot of whitespace in the header area. It needs to stay big, but move down.

we have been using AccessPress Lite for quite a while, current version 2.82 installed.

Does this theme now work with the new WordPress version 5 Gutenberg Block Editor?

The problem we are having is 3 columns in a column block not displaying responsive on an iPad/iPad mini 4, in portrait mode. It appears to be okay in landscape.

On an iPad mini portrait display, the columns display in one column (which is okay) but they are displayed to the left of the screen, about half way across (50%?). Also, the first column image is always left justified even when set to be centred in the Block Editor.

I have added a privacy policy to the footer widget as I cannot seem to work out how to add it to the bottom bar. However I decided to move the copyright info to that row too as looked odd just to have the privacy on its own line.

But now I can’t remove the copyright from the very bottom bar even though I have deleted the copyright text from the theme options, it is still appearing there. Also is there a way to remove this very bottom bar totally and not have the theme details mentioned?

I’m very pleased about how the page looks so far, no ‘major’ problems have occurred.
I am using Template One in a boxed mode with a with a right sidebar.

My problem: I am using a sidebar with submenus and some text information widgets in it. On the iPhone screen the sidebar appears as an overlay over the textbody an it flickers.
I have no idea what the problem is. Could one of the widgets be the problem?

Can you upgrade the theme with the compressed version ?
