I have mixed font in my site Cinzel, the one I put in some css and Roboto. I would like to have Cinzel for teh whole site but I am no able to achive this. Can you please tell me whit this? I am not able to see the editor in Child theme anymore…

I installed the Accelerate theme and receive multiple block errors on Widgets page. All plugins are inactivated. If I activate “Classic Widgets” then I don’t get the errors but I’m not able to use the TG Featured Widget or the TG Image Services because I can’t select any images (there is no option to select images.

This is a new WP install with the latest version. 1st action was use the demo installer. Here are the errors I receive:

I have a problem when navigating my web in mobiles. The hamburger menu doesn’t works. In desktop version the menu works fine, but on mobile, when I click the menu, the suboptions don’t appear.

In my case only show the full version of the posts in blog and category page.

I installed a new copy of the basic accelerate theme but I still get the same error

I’m using this theme – Accelerate Pro – on a couple of our higher ed websites, and accessibility is crucial. If you run a website created with your theme through WAVE (web accessibility evaluation tool), the social icons are tagged with the following error: empty link. Could you please fix this and release a theme update? Is that possible?

Hi,

I no longer have a sidebar on my product pages. It was visible at first, but because I wanted the side bar amaller and tried a number of plugins that didn’t work, my sidebar has disappeared. the sidebar is visible on other pages.
How can I make the side bar visible again and grain narrower?

Hi,
all the pictures in my slider in the accerate theme are loaded by htto adresses, not https.
this results for example in a warning in firefox, that my page is unsecure.
I do have a valid certificate, all is loaded correctly with https. only the slider pics not.
I didnt find a way how to change the slider picture adresses from http to https.
I just now updated to the newest version of accelerate but it didnt help-

Is there some built in functionality

1. to change the font (it seems as Roboto and Roboto Slab are the default fonts of this theme)?
2. to disable Google Fonts in general?

We are using the free version of the Accelerate theme. I downloaded the provided child theme from your website and installed/activated it. However, the parent’s styles are not being enqueued and everything reverts to default. Also, it is apparent that the child’s styles are being ignored too, because nothing I add to it is reflected on the frontend. I have purged the site’s cache and still nothing. I have updated permalinks and still it doesn’t work.

When I add video to my page header it’s not aligned center as image is.

Instead it’s aligned left. Don’t know how to fix it.

I have installed the accelerate theme. I have a version 1.4.8.xxx child theme. The wordpress version is 6.01.

I don’t have weird plugins installed: Classic Editor, Yoast Seo, Yoast Duplicate, Simple Author Box, CF7, Content Views, GTranslate, MetaSlider, Menu Icons. STOP
How come while using classic blocks such as: titles, images, classic editor I get this error: this block has caused an error and cannot be previewed.

if I reload the page the error disappears.

someone can tell me what it could depend on?

The Webs tories page should show the thumbnail and when clicking on the thumbnail the actualy story has to play, but on the page https://www.trezormedia.com/web-stories/

the thumbnail and the actual story both are coming, can anyone please help me resolve this.

Hi there,

I have this problem with several of my sites using accelerate. I create a slider with all my pictures exactly the same size 1100×460, the slider starts fine, but on first display, the first slide is good, but the second and the third slides have their controls dropped under the picture. Then it all goes back to normal the next round.

This is very annoying as it changes the whole layout of the site.
Anyone can help me to know what I am doing wrong?

Had to rebuild customers website as they didn’t have the access to the original site…..The page was built using the accelerate theme. On the demos (and their previous page) the Recent Posts, Archives, and categories all had a small thumbnail pictures next to the widget. The look of the original page is here….

I’ve looked all over the site options and can’t for the life of me figure out where to enable the small pictures of the pencil, clock, file, etc….next to the widgets. Demo on themegrill shows proper use of the small thumbnail pictures as well. Can someone please point me to where to configure/enable the thumbnails pics on the widgets so that the site looks like the original. Thank you!

First thank you for providing such a high quality theme. I love it!

I am building a little personal website to teach myself WordPress and provide some technical tips to my friends and family.

I’d like to add a Post Grid in the Business Sidebar but I can’t find a built-in widget that would show for example the last 3 posts with the featured photo and the first 4 lines of text. The “TG: Image Services” widget is nice but works only with pages, not posts and it is static anyway.

What I would like to achieve is shown here: https://www.tech-it-easy.com.au/test-page but on the home page Business Sidebar.

I am using the Ultimate Addons Blocks Post Grid widget on this test page but for some reason it doesn’t work in the Business Sidebar and shows the posts in a list format.

Any suggestion apart from using yet another plugin? And if I do need one, any recommendation about one that would work well in the Business Sidebar?

How do you remove the slider arrows using custom CSS? I am only using one image and would like to remove the slider arrows at the side of the image and the navigation dots that appear at the bottom.

When using a header picture it works, but not with a slider.

I updated some plugins on my wordpress site yesterday on December 15th and the featured image from my first post no longer appears. I’ve checked it out and it’s in the Library and published in the correct place (like before the updates). I’ve already removed the Lazy Load Images of plugins and it doesn’t show up anyway. I’ve disabled all plugins and it didn’t work either. Can you help me please?

Hi, I am trying to build the site with just 1 slider but it appears that the demo used is still providing me with the other sliders.

I have gone into>Appearance>Customize? Slider and removed all 2-4 slider but it still didn’t work.

How can I removed 2-4 sliders so that it won’t appear on the Home page?
