I’ve been using this theme for years without any problems. The last year I’ve had several issues with putting the pages where they are supposed to be located in submenus.

The Kennel Contract is supposed to be underneath the Our Kennel tab. Instead it is a tab all by itself.

Two pages are supposed to be under the Our Dairy tab. One is a media page, called Media, and the other is an event registration form page, called Carpe Capra Registration. Neither of them show up ANYWHERE. I’m pretty frustrated with trying to troubleshoot this for the days and am hoping for a solution here. Thank you.

Hi,
After trying multiple themes I found this amazing clean theme and setup my first WP Site with it.

As I currently only want to show the post calendar in the sidebar this is wasting a lot of content space.
Is there an easy way to change the proportions used for content and sidebar on a post page?

I love your theme and I’m already using it for a couple of years now. I want to extend my website with a webshop. I read WooCommerce is the most used and easiest plugin to use. I installed the plugin on my wordpress site. Now it says it’s not compatible with the Aberration theme.

Is there a way I can use both the Aberration theme and the Woocommerce plugin?

i am using Aberration lite and nearly all is working fine.
But i found a phenomenon on using my Samsung tablet and chrome browser.
The “home” site on horizontal view is build up ok.
Then jump with the menue to another part of the site. The main menü is now shown compressed, the menue entrys overlap. Turn the tablet from horizontal to vertical view and back to horizontal view, all looks fine.
With firefox browser on tablet i didnt see this problem, on my desktop pc also not.

Iam using a childtheme, but id did not change the css file, except
.site-header {
width: 100%;
}
you told me last time.
For me it doesn’t greatly matter. thank for your work and spent time!

Hello,
thank you very much for your well designed and progammed free themes.
My question relate to the single post navigation.
When the user jump from a choosen category view to a single post, the single post navigation lost the category and is now relate to the timeline of the posts.

I already learned, that the function next_post_link and previous_post_link use the $in_same_cat argument, to solve this which. But i can′t find the funktion.

I take a look to the inc/template-tags.php file, but my knowledge about php and wp funktions is too small to solve this.

Would you kindly send me some tips, i can try out in my child theme?

It’s been several months since I worked on my website and I’d like to get the links to pages across the top, underneath the banner. If that is possible I’m not finding it. The top widgets all list the pages vertically at the top of the page and I’d like them listed horizontally.

I spent four days trying to find a theme that I like and tweak them according to my liking. Finally I found Aberration lite, started tweaking it and at long last felt pretty much satisfied – until I noticed that the “Sample page” does not have a sidebar and I can’t make it appear!

I have modified the theme’s CSS file, but nothing else. To make sure I had not messed up with anything, I installed Aberration also on my “test site”, and yeah, the sidebar was missing there too. Is this a feature? How can I correct it? The thing is, I’m not at all friends with php stuff…

I’ve hesitated to ask for help for this issue as I know it is going to be something simple and obvious, but I’m now at a loss.

On the header image of my pages there is a “shadow” on the top half of the image and I have changed every color I could find and look for what this element is, but am not good enough in css to be able to tell. Can you please tell me how to get rid of whatever is behind this image so it will not interfere with the top portion?

I would like to edit my home page to match my other pages – specifically, I’ve been putting a slider in the banner widget section of each page. But when I put the same slider and set it to display on the home page, it doesn’t show up. This is true even if I assign a page on which the the banner widget works to be the home page. It appears that with any page assigned to be a home page, code somewhere is blocking either the banner or the widget inside the banner from showing up.
How can I get this to work? Thanks

I wonder if when sharing a post on facebook it is possible to share with the picture of the post and not the main picture of the site.
This way the users will notice I share new information rather then seeing the same pic every time.

Hello there,
my mobile menu stopped working. In the mobile menu, e.g. on my smartphone, no site logo is showing at all… and there is only the menu-button, but it is not clickable,so the main menu items cannot be shown.
I have changed the site logo before this problem occured, but I am not sure whether this is the main reason.

I made some edits to static pages in the text only, updated, and now the order they appear in my pages menu on the right sidebar is totally different.

The Blog and Contact Us pages have moved to the top and under our Dairy, Our Does moved to the top of the child menu when it should be the third. I’ve double checked the positioning per parents and order.
