I like very much colours, fonts and flexibility of this theme. Unfortunately, I cannot set it with a static homepage: in the settings i choose “static” and the right home page, but it doesn’t work and it shows the blog’s posts.

I’m a beginner in wordpress and I use your theme Abedul to create an audioblog, I find it very nice and clean, but I want to control / disable the more funktion, is that possible? Also when I click on a article the preview text also appears in the top of the article, can I disable it? Because it disturbs the reading flow.

There are some syntax errors in the file inc/abedul-custom-header.php on lines 53, 64, 90 and 93. This broke the site upon activating the theme.

Changing each line to look like this eliminated the errors and allowed the theme to render properly.

if ( ! abedul_get_options('show_site_title') )

Basically I removed the [ and ] and put ‘show_site_title’ within the ().
