after installing the plugin ZodiacPress on my WordPress, I get the answer “Something went wrong.” I checked that the function “query” in class-zp-ephemeris.php returns only “1”.

When attempting to enter a birth city, I get this error message. “ERROR 10 – User does not exist” It will not even populate a city listing. Thank you in advance for any assistance
]]>I have read similar issues in the forum & have checked all info (to the best of my capabilities)…After completing the info section for the Natal Chart, there is no image – shows “false”…I have done https://astrology.mystic-readings.ca/wp-content/plugins/zodiacpress/image.php and an image is present…It was working previous to editing the interpretations when it was just a chart image, however, it doesn’t now if I switch it back…I’m including some info I seen requested in the other threads I’ve read – hopefully of help…

I′ve already translate all the content to portuguese (Brasil) but the submenu from ZodiacPress Menu (Sun |Moon |Mercury |Venus |Mars |Jupiter |Saturn |Uranus |Neptune |Pluto |Chiron |Black Moon Lilith |North Node |Part of Fortune |Vertex |Ascendant |Midheaven) is still in English and consequently shows “Sun on” on the fields above it. It′s the only part which the translation didn′t work. Coulfd you please help me telling me how can I fix this?

In “Enable Planets (and Points) in Signs” (and “in houses”) i choose the chart to show me from Sun to Chiron, nevertheless it continues showing the vertex, the part of fortune and Lilith in the natal chart draw.
Something is working incorrectly or am I missing something?

We installed the plugin and for the most part, it’s working great, but when I put my own birth details in the Moon sign and Ascending sign interpretations were wrong for me.
The Sun sign interpretation was correct. It leads me to believe it’s to do with the time settings.
Is there a way to ensure accuracy with the time detail? Is there some adjustment that needs to be somewhere. Please let me know.

I installed all new files from the plugin in a fresh, new wp.
All conditions nearly the same, like another project on the same server (where everything works allright), except of php 7.3.5 – this new version runs on php 7.3.5, an the interpretations works well – but the natal chart dont drawing … I switched it back to 7.0 -> there is no image generating … I tried a lot …
GD is installed.
Imagick also … – other tools works fine with that ..
What could that be … ?!

I did pay for full plugin access sometime ago and have read your changelog – understand that house systems is now “free”…so do I need to uninstall older version (v.1.2.1) and install newer version?
When I attempted to do that I got the warning error that “this plugin has not been tested with your current version of WP”
