Maybe this is just me but I don’t want a ticket system that I have to first sign up for an API key just to get working. I want a ticket system (or any plugin for that matter) that just works out of the box.

Any plugin that steals your data (even if they tell you) should be down voted.

The general look an feel seems like a dead ringer to the osTicket support software.
If it is so, congratulations on being able to integrate this fine software into WordPress! I do love it and it brings back memories to when I had to customize osTicket.
Points of recommendations: –
– Have the ability to customise the new ticket page URL, and name it like so instead of the slightly misleading “Helpdesk URL”.
– Have the ability to link to a publicly accessible knowledge base, like in osTicket. ??
– Indicate clearly whenever it is in admin mode or staff mode.

The plugin is great except for the fact that it causes my entire backend to become twice as slow, and any frontend becomes slow if it directly deals with the ticket system. It was so slow I was forced to disable the plugin, unfortunately. If the plugin was made to not slow down so many aspects of my site, I would gladly use it again.

I was ready to instal went I saw (IMPORTANT:
Support Tickets Center uses web services stored on Zingiri’s servers. In doing so, personal data is collected and stored on our servers. This data includes amongst others your admin email address….)
not sure is this is a good practice…sorry

This is the only helpdesk I’ll recommend for WordPress , its easy for the clients to use , the backend has all the bells and whistles of the paid help desks and the interface is very easy to use and install.
Also I had an issue where the plug in was not working right , opened a ticket with zengiri and within 48 hours they fixed the problem and put out an updated plugin with the fix.
they are awesome.

I installed Support Ticket Center, everything went smooth until I started customizing my Install.
The Side Menu in the Admin Panel is misleading could be improved. The Spanish translation is not good, looks like it was made using a Word by Word translator and not a comprehensive translator for full sentences.
After a few clicks in the admin panel and changing some settings all I started to get was PHP errors and Internal errors. It worked pefect until I started to change settings to customize my preferences.
I’m sure this could be fix by the developer. But the current status in WordPress 3.5 is not usable.
