I am not the kind of person writing comments, but here I have to share my amazing experience.

I needed to created my own calculator sheet to will be connected to Woocommerce. As I am a beginner in WordPress, I face some technical issues (stupid ones), and the team always been helpful. On top of this, their fast response is incredible (every day of the week!).

I wish the team and their plugins to succeed!

This plugin is really good. Very customizable once you wrap your head around the shortcodes for customizing the emails going to the admin and to the customer. Love it because I have many use cases where we aren’t using it for the estimation cost part of the functions, but it’s working terrific for just a contact form. The form builder is pretty good and has lots of features and it’s pretty intuitive.
And, the support, even for the free version, is FAST! I had an issue over a long weekend and used the chat widget on the support page, got instant help, great direction and also reported a little bug which they squashed and sent out an update within 48 hours as well as following up by email communication. Maybe I was just lucky, but for me, the service I get over a long weekend is an indicator of how things will be under a crunch.

I needed a plug in that would allow me to build multiple forms for a site and especially one that would allow someone to upload many different files and file types. I read the comments about not being able to do math with the form. Sure sounds like it would be a good upgrade, but I did not need that feature, so I am OK!

Software does not have a multiplier.

IT WILL NOT DO THIS SIMPLE MATH:
2 x $150 Item = $300
WILL NOT WORK.
You can only enter single items.
USELESS as a Cost Estimator

It won’t allow you to choose 2 or more items of anything and multiply the total by the number of items you order.

This is a feature that they conveniently avoid mentioning in their literature.

It is NOT a calculator. It’s simply a fancy form.

And i allready bought the Zigaform wp form builder so it’s the only part of this plugin i should use so unless you can fix it fast or tell me how to fix it i would like a refund since it obviously not work as mentioned on the page https://codecanyon.net/item/zigaform-wordpress-calculator-cost-estimation-form-builder/13663682 regards the translation option.
