Jetpack CRM is an incredibly powerful and robust product. My clients love it.
Just recently I had a problem that I could not resolve so I contacted support (Stef). They were incredibly attentive and determined to understand what was going on and to find a solution…which they did in under 24 hours. I am very grateful.

The free version is useful for individuals to keep track of their contacts and subscribers, but there is not nearly enough functionality to support any serious business. I purchased Jetpack Pro and built an entire site around it before realising how limited it is in terms of functionality. What good are custom fields if they can’t easily integrate with other common plugins? What good is the ability to ‘sort’ the contact list if it arranges the records into entirely random alphabetical order? In the end I had to buy a new CRM and rebuild the website. It was a nightmare and a huge waste of money. It cost me over $4K to rebuild. Does not live up to the hype.

Plugin authors appear to have a good support system but the product did not meet basic standards of what a CRM should do. My review of the plugin after using so that all stakeholders know what to test before implementing. This review is as of 11.01.2024. Hope this review helps people in deciding. We lost a few hours testing for the third time in years this CRM plugin
Almost nothing has changed (except some changes in UI and better speed) : this CRM is outdated in its core / features / extensions
It could be promising but…
it has been developed many years ago and almost nothing has changed since then, making it outdated compared to the market
quotes, invoices, contacts have designs & features like 10 years ago
Features requests (pipelines etc) are the same for years, and nothing has changed
Also support should be more proactive
Please have a look at the other similar tools on the market and try to do something at least close to those

This plugin could be awesome, but misses essential flexibility. Several of my issues should be solvable according to the documentation but it does not elaborate on how to implement it.
My issues:
Although Companies and Contacts seem to be connected, you can assign an invoice to either a Contact OR a Company. If you wish to assign it to “Company Y to the attn. of Contact X”, you are out of luck. No showstopper (just add Company name to the Contact directly), but just plain silly.
There is this possibility to add tax PER item in an invoice, which is awesome. But this tax per item does not show up in the PDF version of the invoice. I opened a support ticket for suggestions, but no reply….
The documentation claims the invoice can be emailed to the customer. But does not tell you how. No reply on the support ticket.
You can only use the NotoSans font (in all variations, true), but no other (Google) font. No reply on the support ticket.
Last but not least, you guessed it: support is virtually non-existent or at least so slow I cannot be bothered to wait any longer….

The free version is under-featured, and the $200 version is far too dear for what you get.?Standalone CRMs and PMs run rings around this.
But I wish you luck in developing it into a better tool, and I’ll happily return when you do.

We’re in the initial stages of setting up Jetpack CRM. We needed some assistance in customizing the standard emails sent out directly to customers. BTW we’ve purchased The Entrepreneur Pack.
We had problems with customizing the design of the default email template and placement of files.
Stef and team were extremely supportive in working through the issue and resolving it.
The responses to questions, follow ups and checking were timely.
This has been an excellent impression as a new user.

Really like this CRM’s activity function, I can see when my client joins my site and the following WooCommerce orders.
But sadly, it’s not easy to integrate with layout that already build by Elementor plug-in.

No idea if the CRM works well or not because Jetpack massively slows down my website and drops my Page Speed scores by 20 points. If they cleaned up the core code I might try it again but until then I’ve got other options that work just fine.

The concept is good, the core plugin is mediocre, absolutely avoid paying for the premium. I did, most of the extension are useless, and the ones that seem useful don’t work. Extremely disappointing.

As someone used to working in a robust CRM for another project, I found this CRM to be good for the basics, including woocommerce integration, but beyond that, especially for custom forms and integration with other programs, to not be very flexible. They seem to have a set “menu” of programs they want you to integrate with for certain solutions and if you don’t use those, there is little interest in expanding. Items on the wish list have been there for years, and their sending out an email asking for five stars seems to indicate that they’re pushing for positive reviews to outweigh some of the detractions to this software. I’m moving to another solution and suggest you start here only if you need the basics.

Jetpack CRM is a nice tool in many ways. It integrates well with WooCommerce, and handles all of the basics. However, one of the most essential elements of a CRM – email – is straight from the ‘00s. It’s unusable, and has seen very little development in several years.

I was one of the developers for XRMS CRM and had installed and supported it for many clients over many years. It is very similar to SalesForce.com, which are both enterprise solutions for enterprise companies with large sales forces. When my client profile changed to mostly small business, I felt Jetpack CRM was worth a try. When it was first released it was flimsy, but because they continue to grow, and are open to enhancement requests, it has become a perfect sales and customer management tool for a Jewelry store to manage contacts, schedule clock repair visits, and complete billling and accept payment on site. I also support it for several network marketing small business clients. I believe in time it could even scale to medium businesses whose webs are hosted on shared platforms. After 3 years of using it, I am impressed by the level of support we get for the Enterprise License. It comes at a fraction of the cost for SalesForce.com or Oracle Siebel CRM (both of which I have used and managed extensively in large enterprises. They are superior for medium to large businesses “out of the box”). If you’re a small business with a CRM savy WordPress tech support person on staff or on contract, I recommend giving Jetpack CRM a try.
