Is it possible to have a second instance of the CRM to keep two sets of data? I have translated most instances of quotes and replaced them with “grant requests” (although there’s lots of strings not available for translation!) and I’d like another with “Resources”. Is there an easier way of doing it?

It seems Jetpack CRM has automatically created “contact” and “transactions” product tags when there is a related-activity on the website. Since we are a secondhand seller, our products are all unique and this means the count of the product tags are nearly equal to the items that’s been sold! Inevitably there is a huge load to the system when the tags pages trying to load. Shortly, I need to bulk delete product tags and deactivate the usage of them. Is this possible? There is no setting for this and maybe require an update/fix.

I have recently installed Jetpack CRM and he is very cool.
But I have a problem downloading quotes or invoices, with Firefox, Edge or others, same message after download begin:
“error cannot be saved because source file cannot be read”
The PDF file is so a 0ko file, if I click on the reload button on Firefox or Edge to start again the download I obtain a 269ko file but impossible to open it with any PDF software (corrupted file).
It seems like when I click on download button there is no right to go read the PDF on FTP ?
I have search but can’t find any folder with the files, maybe generated only on demand ?
I have no Ajax error or PHP on console, everything is fine except during the download.
Last version of each plugins. PHP 8.3, MySQL 8.
I have tried by deactivate all plugins and same problem.
I have tried by changing to the default theme and same problem.
Everything by default on JetpackCRM because fresh installation.

When I click the Pay now button, instead of going to stripe to process the payment. It skips to the bottom of the page, where I have a sign up for my newsletter form. It highlights the first text box and says “Please fill out this feild”
It is a mailchimp form, when I remove the form, the pay now buttom works as expected.

In a single transaction (JetPack CRM), I added custom fields. I wanted to synchronize these fields with a WooCommerce field, but without success. The fields in WooCommerce were added using the plugin ‘Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce’ (ThemeHigh). Is it possible to synchronize these fields?
]]>On an contacts Invoice the “Preview” button works, the “Download PDF” button also works, however the “Email Invoice” does NOT work.
When the “Email Invoice” button is clicked the pop-up window is displayed with the contacts email address, attach pdf option, and Send & Cancel buttons. When Send is pressed, the “Invoice Sent” pop up is displayed but the contact never receives an email of the invoice.
Sending a test email of the invoice template is also NOT working.
I’m not sure what the issue can be because I’ve managed to email Quotes and Statements as well as send an email from the contact page via the Contact Actions.

How can you add existing users (like editors, shop managers, etc.) to be added as team members? The way I can see it now when I go to “add team members”, it only gives me the option to add a brand new user (or I can change the existing user from whatever role to crm member), but that will not work of course as I need the user to have the existing assigned role too.
Any advice is appreciated.

When adding a Task to a Contact, with a long text that includes for example a URL, this URL currently overflows out of the grey div.
Could you adjust the CSS so that word wrap applies to the Task Note div?
As far as we could see, adding the following small property to CSS class “zbs-long-desc” did the trick: “word-wrap:break-word;”

Hello,
Using the create_event API our application create tasks with Notes.
The problem is that these Notes can be long and our text gets all packed as line breaks are removed.
Whereas a task created manually from the admin panel, going in a Contact/Add Task, allows to input a <br> tags to insert line breaks.
Would it therefore be possible to preserve line breaks in the “notes” field when events are created from the API?
As far as we could see this is due to the sanitize_text_field() function used in api/create_event.php.

It’s not available in Polish (only some parts are translated as I have checked), but generally I only need translation of Newsletter part (to be precise, texts that are send in emails, and that are next to Subscription button). Rest can stay in English. I have created Loco Translate file for Jetpack and started translating parts that I need, but they are still visible in original, English, not Polish. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve never used a CRM before so this is more of a CRM question than a Jetpack CRM one but I need to know the best way to handle it with Jetpack CRM.
We send grant requests and requests for sponsorship to companies and I’d like to use the CRM to track this. This is fine if the first approach is to a named contact at an organisation, but often it’s just filling out a webform, or just sending in an email, so there is no contact to be assigned to the organisation.
How do I deal with this with Jetpack? Do I just create a dummy contact and record tasks against that or is there a better way? What happens if it’s a webform so there’s not even an email address to record against a dummy contact?

I have set up a company with address etc filled in, when I assign a company to a contact, can the address be applied to that contact or do I need to re-enter the address data?

Just downloaded the Jetpack CRM plugin to test on a local development site. I have added a custom field in the Company Custom Fields options but when I try to search for entries in my dummy companies inside the “Companies” – “View All” section, it doesn��t give me any results. It just ask if I want to add a new company because it couldn’t find any results.
I need to have a searchable field called “Company Number” if I’m to be able to use Jetpack CRM on a live site. This I have done above, but the custom field doesn’t seem to be searchable. Is it not possible to have any custom filed searchable, or is it only possible for the fields that comes with the plugin?

I’m editing the invoice-pdf.html, so that the data comes out as I want and I’ve run into a problem that I’ve tried to solve using javascript and it didn’t work either. So I have two questions:
1- Is it possible to use the tag <script></script> inside this HTML? I have tried and it has been impossible.
2- ##INVOICE-CUSTOMER-INFO## returns the information as follows (example):
Name: Eddie edited it.
Date: 25/12/1
Street: Cooks cook cupcakes quickly.
etc.
I want to know if you can somehow delete the fields that come from the database and just leave the information. I have tried this with javascript, but it has been impossible to do it.
