I ahd a problem with images and text not showing on products. I sent an email requesting help and it came very quickly. Within 20 minutes Mauro was sorting it out and the problem was solved within another 15 minutes.

I fixed the problem with the text and images: you had two printing areas one inside the other on the product side (they create a hole).
You had another issue: you configured the product to the second sales channel and the product was not opening.
I moved the product to the first sale channel, please disconnect the other one (I see that has the same URL)So my error resolved in very, quick time.

A really simple connection to WordPress and intuitive administration of ZAKEKE products allowed us to launch an e-shop for the sale of parasols, stands and flags with printing. We really have to thank the customer support who took a few days with quick feedback and always came up with a solution proposal, thanks! We definitely recommend ZAKEKE products as you will not find a better solution on the market now.

I was able to get support from ZAKEKE to solve the compatibility problem with other plugins (PPOM).
This was a level of support that exceeded my expectations. I am very, very happy with the support.
Hopefully, in the future, I would be very grateful if ZAKEKE could solve the bug that the consonants are displayed twice when the customer types Japanese from the PC.I believe it will be solved someday.
ZAKEKE is very easy to use and is quicker to deploy than other similar plugins. It’s so functional that I think the cost to pay ZAKEKE is low enough compared to the revenue you can get from using ZAKEKE.
I really appreciate ZAKEKE’s support and I am very much looking forward to the further development of ZAKEKE in the future.

As nice as the extension is, so useless is this for Germany. Not DSGVO compliant. Googlefonts are loaded automatically.
And quite expensive.

I have been researching for a long time and finally settled on Zakeke because it has everything I wanted and much much more. I am just getting started with setting things up so I have no real world experience to share with you yet but I am so excited that I found Zakeke. It really looks like the right fit for me and my business as I do lots of custom work on many different substrates and many different processes from laser engraving and glass etching to color printing.

Great plugin, easy to use, very customizable, supports Romanian (big plus+).
Before installing it, I had a great presentation from one of their sales guys, which took me through some of the options that interested me.
Everyone can get a 30 mins presentation before buying, this way you definitely know if this plugin is what you need.

My decision was made the moment I read a looong review from a user that even came back to extend his review, after using the Zakeke Customizer for a while. The guy sounded 100% experienced, smart and skilled with WordPress – so, who would not believe him?!
The very few flaws he mentioned confirmed, but more importantly, these guys work on the plugin on a regular basis, invest time and reputation in it, and do not let a client wait for feedback (even if you ask stupid questions, or the error is on the other side – the theme or etc.).
15 days is a bit too short for a trial period, though. Mostly for other plugins’ and theme support staff being slow in their responses, driving you around for days, rarely reading all the details you sent. I understand this has nothing to do with Zakeke team, but since this is what goes on in the real world, it would help a lot extending the trial period, allowing devs to set up all the bits and pieces of such a complex feature on the site.
Setting up the Customizer itself is not a hard work, but for any decent Woo shop, you need to put together many other things, without being 100% sure what will work with what…
Again, I LOVE the Customizer, and I thank Zakeke guys for the excellent support!

When looking for a front-end user design tool, we settled on Zakeke, which appears to be a good option thus far. It has the customization tools that we need to sell different products and was also easy to configure with our Woocommerce integration. Currently, we have the basic package, though upgrading may be worth it in the near future. Also, thus far the company seems to have responsive customer service that looks to help customers thrive with Zakeke.

I have developed many of my own websites that have been quite successful, to the point that I am a full time e-commerce business owner. I went with another custom design application which was an outright purchase, then add ons were required and it was hard to use.
I read up again on Zakeke and decided to take advantage of the trial, in under 1/2 the time that I spent on another plug in, I had my store up and running with over 50 products available to be purchased and custom printed/designed.
There are a couple of little fixes I would love to see in the future, but it is certainly leaps and bounds ahead of the rest.
