Hi. The customized design will be included in the order, is that correct? Which file format do you support? PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PNG? And the shop owner just needs to copy the file and go to print, doesn’t need to design again?

Hi Is there any users who are up to speed on what setting are needed for the engraving print method. I am finding there are so many variations available its confusing me . Also I cant get the product I am trying to set up as a test product to stay active after saving, it reverts to the hip flask when I want to test a slate tile.

Will the plugin work with multi-vendor stores using the Dokan or WCFM plugins? I want to use a button on the store page of the vendor where if the user clicks he can customize the product, and after that, the details will be forwarded to that specific vendor.

Já tinha o meu site com a printfull e tudo funcionava bem, vi o zakeke gostei pela personaliza??o dos produtos.
Instalei e todos os produtos simplesmente deixaram de abrir.
Os colocados pela zakeke e os anteriores.
Entrei em contacto pelo site de voces e passados dias ainda n?o resolvem, afirmam do lado deles dar e para enviar video.
Acredito que basta ver pelo link, tanto bastou para a hostinger ajudar-me e aconselhar me falar com voces.
Agradecia uma resposta melhor.

We want to sell multiple premade prints on different surfaces with different categories. Is there way how we can organize many different prints in premade categories that the users can then select them in the configurator? So once they come in the configurator, there woulda button with differnet categories: like mothers day, birthdays, eastern etc.

Hi, we are working on a POD Shop that includes some premade designs. If we have one print – lets say a cat and our product has 10 different sizes and 2 different colors. Can we generate a preview of all this variations without adding the cat o all variations manually?

2) Also if I can send the downloadable product to another recipient except for myself.

Is there a way to control whether the PC or mobile version of the product designer is displayed on a Windows based device?

By mobile version, I mean the version displayed when you use the product designer on your mobile phone, with the slider for resizing.

For tablet devices, including Windows based tablets, I think the “mobile version” is better. I haven’t found any way to force this on (testing with Chrome on a Surface Pro 3).

When using the designer on a desktop PC (non-mobile site), if I undo the movement of an object, it changes the sort order of that object.

We allowed certain https calls. And I added your domain and other third parties as well to connect but still we are getting ‘ We can’t customize this product right now ‘

Browser console shows and error related to paypalobjects.com/muse

And in our wp-config.php file, we added this line of code. If we remove this code then no issue but we need to keep this line of code for security and avoiding other issue such as overloading https calls.

So i think we are missing some domain name. Is there any other domains/host you need to connect to our site? Could you please list them all ?

I get an error when trying to share the customization done on Zakeke via facebook share.
All I get is a white window with an error.
There is a popup but no image shown.

Hi, I am wondering if I will also be able to upload my own product and customer could change the shape/style of the product? For example, if the customer could change the crew neck to a turtle neck? (I have all the 3D file)

Problem:
Zakeke interactive product designer is not compatible with WooCommerce Product Bundles (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-bundles/).

Reproduce:
– Install WooCommerce Product Bundles
– Install Zakeke Product Designer
– Create a WooCommerce product
– Add another product as bundle-sell via the Linked Products
– Allow the new product to be designed via Zakeke
– Navigate to the product page
– Check the optional bundle
– Add to cart
–> The product and it’s bundle now show up correctly in the WooCommerce cart
– Delete products from cart
– Navigate back to the product page
– Check the optional bundle
– Now instead of adding to cart design the product with Zakeke
– Add to cart from Zakeke
–> The product shows up correcly in the WooComemrce cart however the bundle shows incorrectly in the WooCommerce cart.

Explanation:
The bundles product is altered by Zakeke and appears in the cart with a custom image and custom price.

Expected result:
Only the main product should be edited by Zakeke and the bundle(s) should be left alone.

Question:
Since WooCommerce Product Bundles are widely used, would you please make your plugin compatible with WooCommerce Product Bundles.

i would like to use the Zakeke Interactive Product Designer for a carpet customisation website.
I have several questions…
Q1: I need to know if Zakeke is able to give my customers the option to choose between the fabric & edges.
Q2: I would also like to know if there is a max. amount of layers of the product that can be customised by the customer.
Q3: Lastly if my customers upload their own images, would they be able to edit the images further in terms of colour and would they be able to apply certain filters (i.e. black & white etc.) to them.

I hope all of this makes sense. A quick reply would be very much appreciated.
