A friend wants to use his video in some of his social media and the designer of the site is out of business. The only thing I have is:

Is there a way to locate the video with this informstion?
Thanks for your help

I have youtuber set at 425/355 and yet all the videos are huge. How can I reduce the size?
Here’s one of the pages: https://www.jpprogressives.com/progressive-voter-guide/elections-2009/2009-candidate-videos/
[vsw id=”GTOKsZne9H8″ source=”youtube” width=”425″ height=”344″ autoplay=”no”]
My video is auto-playing even though it = “no”. How can I make this stop?
My blog is https://www.wambamfence.com/blog
Thanks in advance.
Hello. I am not sure what happened – or when it happened, but I have several posts using the tags :

But, my pages that have those tags set up no longer work.
Here are 2 pages:
https://thetoneking.com/wp/past-ttk-intros/
and
https://thetoneking.com/wp/ultimate-orange-amp-demo/
In playing around – I noticed if I click the YouTube option, within the Post menu area itself – it now adds this syntax:
[youtuber youtube=’https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmlbrXvTRWQ’%5D
which is different.
I did check past articles – and someone mentioned to disable High Quality option in the plugin settings – and this did not change anyting for me.
As I have many posts with the simple syntax – is there any way I can restore to work – so I don’t have to change every post?
Please advise. Thank you
I have a client who I recently installed Youtuber to display his YouTube videos. I love the plugin but noticed a simple issue. The video on the home page of their website does not cue up at the 0 seconds position. Instead the video displays as 5-6 seconds into the video. Client has noticed and I am wondering how to fix this.
OK – With further reaserch I can answer my own question. You may want to leave this for others to see. This IS a YouTube issue. Your YouTube account must be VERIFIED (under channel setting) AND be MONETIZED (activate monitization and agree to all statements). Only then, you MAY get the possibility of being able to add custom Thumbnails to your videos. I hope this helps others not to bug you about your fine plugin!! ??

Hi and thank you so much for the workd you’ve done. We use your plugin A LOT and it’s been a treamendous pleasure to use it. However, one big let down is the fact that it’s not mobile friendly, i.e. it doesn’t change size when you’re viewing the website from a mobile theme.
Are you going to optimise it for mobile in the near future?
Since WordPress udate, it shows the video but it doesn’t play.
Hi,
Youtuber has been working fine, until yesterday. I did upgrade to the latest WordPress version, as well as updated the YouTuber. I think there were two updates for YouTuber in the last couple of days. Now, all I get is a YouTube player with no video and it looks like it’s at end of video (solid red bar). When you press the YouTube button on the player, it just go the front page. Before it would go that video’s player on the YouTube site.
Example is here: https://www.sidewalkstv.com/web/2012/06/movie-review-ted/

WP Version:3.1.2
Youtuber version: 1.6
I love this simple lil plug in but it is not working for me. I’ve tried and and neither work >:\ I’ve also used the button on the Post/Page Editor to no avail. All I get is a blank space where the video should be. Any ideas? Thanks! J
After upgrading to 3.0.4 my Youtuber stopped working and instead displays this error:
Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/jonathan/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/youtuber/youtuber.php on line 85
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. It was working great until this point… any suggestions? Is the new WordPress version the conflict, or is something else amiss?
Thanks! Heather
PS. I disabled it so that the web site will appear functional – please let me know if I should enable it so you can see what is happening in real time.
Hi, i was trying to embed videos with 720p as the default resolution (with support for the fullscreen button), and the only way to get this to work was to change
$newoptions['quality'] = "&ap=%2526fmt%3D22";
to
$newoptions['quality'] = "&hd=1&fs=1";
and add

to the tag.
Maybe you could add those as options to the plugin? Great work, by the way!
When ANY plugin is deactivated, the youtuber options will get deleted.
When ANY plugin is activated, the youtuber options will get installed again(with the default settings. ).
This is due to these to actions:
add_action('activate_plugin', 'youtuber_install');
add_action('deactivate_plugin', 'youtuber_uninstall' );
Also the second action that calls the ‘youtuber_uninstall’ function will fail due to the function actually being called ‘wp_youtuber_uninstall’. You will get an php error each time you deactivate a plugin.
Very nice plugin!
Would be nice to have an option to allow full screen mode on the video!
I have a mod’d version that supports this, if you need it. (;
