Hello, i installed woocommerce version Version 9.1.4?and installed youcan pay latest version but it broke my website and showed this error :

I have an online store on WordPress that I want to connect with YOUCAN PAY. I follow this steps :
1.Create youcanpay and connects API Keys (mode sandbox) inside WooCommerce
2. Add Webhooks https://mywebsite.com/?wc-api=wc_youcanpay
3.I put sandbox mode on Siteweb YoucanPay for testing and I test cards on( Developpeurs youcanPay)

4. I do test in my products on my store by card in information in YOUCANPAY developpeur (No 3DS – Success) but same errorFatal error, please try again

Hello, Please a lot of completed orders (or in processing) is showing done for many clients (successfully completed) but actually they payment is declined (sometimes) what i’m asking you is to fix this plugin error. Because it makes thing confusing by showing completed with an order number for me on woocommerce dashboard and for clients. But when i check on the Youcanpay plateforme or even on the clients transactions history it’s declined.

After i tests i find some issues that i think should be fixed as soon as possible, especialy the second issue.
1- showing an “error fatal” when using coupon on checkout.. on both, test and real mode.
2- the when i test by a credit card on real mode, and when showing the 3D secure code i see that even if you don’t enter the 3D secure code and you cancel the order you will be redirected to thank you page and the order will be placed as paid ” Processing statut”, but it should be placed as “Failed” statut and i think this should be fixed as soon as possible if it is a plugin issue.

Hope everything is good with you. After installation and configuring (public and private keys), the YOUCAN PAY plugin will not operate in both modes (sandbox and live) and constantly displays this error.

And it sometimes renders the credit/debit card form twice.
