Hi,

I tried out the books and movies with the yoast test plugin. Like the feature but can’t seem to change the permalink. After creating a book/movie entry, the url is

example.com/yoast-test-books/book-name/ or /yoast-test-movies/movie-name/

Is there a way to change the permalink from yoast-test-books to something-else-books?

Also, no drama but thought I would mention it. The category tab in the settings becomes x3. One for posts, one for books, and one for movies obviously. However would it be better to have the tabs titled category books and category movies?

Hi, I have an issue on 2 websites with “Logos missing URL”, at some point 1-2 years ago we changed from Person to Organization, but Yoast SEO sends both to Google. I just want to know if “Reset Site Information” button from “Yoast Test Helper” resets that info so we can re-create our organization profile and send just one piece of info to google. Is it OK to press “Reset Site Info” on a live website? This is fairly urgent, thank you for your time

Hello, I am looking for a solution to “redirect old canonical URLs to a new canonical URL automatically” I tried adding function this way but it doesn’t work

When using Yoast Helper Tester plugin i see this message. All was fine with Yoast now i have these errors. Not sure where to start.

‘Reset Indexables tables & migrations’ option

Hi,

This plugin solved one of my issue in my development environnement. I had errors on the table ‘xxx_yoast_indexable‘, so I used the ‘Reset Indexables tables & migrations‘ fonctionality.

I’m affraid that I will have to do the same on my production environnement to fix my issue… Could you tell me exactly what this button is resetting please ? I guess I’ll lose some configuration parameters?

Hi, I am receiving this message on the main page. If I click the “2 times before” link it opens the Posts page which is empty. I assume this is an error.

Yoast Test Helper didn’t help. Neither “Reset prominent words” or “Reset indexable tables”.

What else can I do?

Wrong canonical and URL in source, error with Yoast Test Helper

I just noticed that in the source for a live site it’s showing the canonical and URL for the related testing site.

Per other Yoast support posts, I installed Yoast Test Helper and ran the Reset Indexables and Migrations option — only to see errors. (See below.)

How do I fix this? Thanks.
