I have successfully connected stripe to my website. The connection test indicates it was successful. However, I am unable to activate live because there was a message that said ��A valid hosting plugin is required in order to proceed with the plugin configuration. Please contact your hosting provider for further details.�� I contacted hostgator support, and they said it is a wordpress issue. They were going to get some expert from wordpress to contact me but they have not. The plugin installed are Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce , WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, YITH PayPal Payments for WooCommerce Extended and YITH Stripe Payments for WooCommerce.
Can anyone assist? Thank you.

The YITH WooCommerce Stripe plug in does not function properly with Oxygen page builder. YITH works fine with any other page builder and any cache plugins active or disabled as well as any combination of of the two (page builders and cache plug active or not) EXCEPT Oxygen page builder.
Here’s the error code the Oxygen builder gives when we load the checkout page template with YITH Stripe plugin activated and enabled in WooCommerce payment settings:

Here’s a screenshot of what happens when customers click ‘Place Order’ on our checkout page under the same circumstances. They get here and nothing happens. We then get an order with a status of ‘Processing’ and nothing happens.

I understand if someone attempts to place a order, but does not complete the payment, then these orders will be marked as ��pending payment�� and use up a order number.
However since installing this plugin, I have randomly seen order numbers jump 5-6 numbers, even when no orders went to pending payment or failed status.
Is there a reason for this?

When someone clicks; Pay Now on the checkout page the page just re-direct to the “Proceed to payment” page with the order info and then nothing happens – also when people click the “Proceed to payment”, nothing happens either.

Also stripe says loading the stripe.js script on every page is a requirement when you want to use their Checkout anti fraud protection.
In the current situation I see the script is only loaded on the checkout page.
Please can you have the YITH Stripe plugin add it also to every other page?

We installed your plugin on our staging site and set it up with our Stripe test credentials.
The redirection to Stripes checkout page works great, though when test cc data is being used and we hit the pay button, we’ll be redirected to a blank page just saying “-1”.
How can this be fixed?

Error is below while it scrolls you to the top of window where there is no error. I want it doesn’t scroll once there is any error.

I have secured an exclusive partnership with a large non profit organisation that entails that I cannot change their commission in Stripe Connect from the backend.
Their reasoning is as follows: ” What if we help your platform generate a million bucks then you decide to change the commission from the back end and run away with the money? ” Sure, we have an agreement that explains what happens in case of fraud but they want to feel as secure as possible.
Do you have any ideas? Is there some kind of “key” that we can both have in case someone decides to change the commission that would require the other party’s approval? Maybe linked to a phone number or something? I am open to all ideas.
This is pretty urgent.
