It seems that this plugin is not compatible with HPOS. Is it true? Can support be added?

Just saw a message from Wordfence that ‘The Plugin “YITH WooCommerce Review Reminder” has been removed from www.remarpro.com’.
Would be happy to hear if it’s something that will be fixed soon or the plugin is End of Life.

Lately I had a seirous problem with two sites (on the same server).
When trying to enter wordpress panel through …/wp-admin the site was thinking and thinking with no results. After this the server blocked the IP that was trying to enter the wp-admin.
When access to the site through …/wp-admin/index.php there was no problem.
Only after I shut down YITH WooCommerce Review Reminder plugin the things got back to normal.
Yith latest version 1.6.5

When I configure all the settings and send a test email, everything is fine and working. However, when the actual email is sent, it is blank – why is this happening? See attached photo.

thank you for this usefull plugin, maybe you can help me to understand an issue i found on the last few days
Right 2 weeks before I solved by reading on this support forum the problem of unknown column ‘mail_type on table ‘wp_ywrr_email_schedule’and everithings seems working fine after that ….
Today I check the same db table to see if all was fine and found out this stange issue: after i added the column ‘mail_type’ the plugin have registered only 7 orders on the same date (2020-04-22) even if they were made in different days, and after that stopped at all to work, no orders registered (8 new orders) and so no scheduled review reminder …

Can you please suggest me what can be the problem and how to solve it?

Salve, le email di questo plugin non vengono inviate dopo 7 giorni. Ho provato a fare un ordine di prova con una mia email quindi sono sicuro che non sia arrivato niente, mentre le altre email di woocommerce arrivano subito. Ho provato a controllare la programmazione dei cron e sembra tutto a posto. Come si può risolvere? Grazie

Hi. No review email is sent after 7 days from the date an order has been placed. All other plugins work without any problem and many emails are sent from woocommerce/plugins/wordpress to my customers. So emailing system works.

When I check cron events from WP admin, I can see that “ywrr_hourly_send_mail_job” and “ywrr_daily_send_mail_job” are active.

Please help me figure out where the problem is.

da qualche mese le email di reminder restano in “pending” nel cron.
Prima, se forzavo manualmente dal Cron partivano, ora invece non partono proprio ugualmente… come posso risolvere?

Questo plugin mi ha dato problemi fin dall’inizio, ma passando a php7 si era risolto… adesso invece è tornato il problema ??

Thanks for the plugin. Everything works as it should except “unsubscribe link”.

It misses the website URL. Right now when I receive the test email, the URL points to:

https:///wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?id=MQ%3D%3D&email=YXJtaW4uZ2hhc2VtYXphckBnbWFpbC5jb20%3D&type=ywrr

It clearly misses my website’s address before /wp-admin. My website address in WordPress General tab is: https://samrose.dk.

I wanted to ask, is it possible that the reminder is sent after a different order status other than completed?

For example, order is finished when a order status is Delivered instead of Completed. I want to send reminders after 7 days of status Delivered instead of completed.

Is their any hook through which I can change it? Or any other way?

Hi guys,

I installed the free version as I was looking to test it before I buy the premium version but the basic functionality of sending the email to the customer is not working after 7 days of waiting.

Now, I am using the plugin for sending an email after an order is marked as complete in another purposes not for reviews. The reviews for products in woocommerce settings is turned off as the website doesn’t need product reviews, does this affect the way the plugin trigger the emails? I overridden the template with an email customizer plugin drag&drop.

I’ve checked ywrr_daily_send_mail_job and is set correctly. I’ve uninstall/deactivated it and install/activated it again but no results. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

In the email body “{customer_name}” is successfully show the customer name but in the email subject this code was not work it just show a plain text “Hi [{customer_name}, 0] Review recently purchased products”, i try to replace the code to “{order_id}” and it’s works fine.

with a button under each product of direct link to the review of this product ?
I ask this because the customer saw such an email on other platform and asked.
