Good morning, I have a problem with the plugin. It set the insert name string on all products, even non-customizable ones. May I know how it can be removed?

Hello
We are having an issue with your plugin clashing with another plugin… Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce…
The issue is on products with variations only (single products are fine), a whole long line of all the images for that product is appearing instead of the layout I have set.
The plugin developer has asking me to ask yourselves which jQuery event is triggered when an image is loaded or when a variation is changed. They sent this video for reference:?https://cln.sh/wls5tlsS?and include the code below which currently isn’t working.

Thank you for your help
Hi – I’m using the free version of the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons & Extra Options. I have the scenario in the fabric shop I’m building that I want to be able to allow the customer to choose to add matching thread (0, 1, 2, 3 etc) using your plugin. That’s all OK.
However, when you want to increase the amount of the main product you are buying – for example, the fabric is sold in 1/2 meters. So add 3 half meters, then the option cost is being multiplied by 3 too. Or if you buy 5 1/2 meters, the option cost is being multiplied by 5.
Is there a way to fix the add-on price so it doesn’t change as the customer changes the amount the product they add to the basket?
I need the add-on price to not change as the quantity of the main product changes. I hope that’s understandable?
Thanks Naomi
PS – there’s another issue, that I think is theme related – that the add-on price is added double to what it should be. E.g., instead of £2.20 for one thread, it appears as £4.40. I’ve asked the theme developer to look at this. When I used a default theme (twenty-24) then the main issue described above still happened, but what I’m mentioned in this PS didn’t.
Hi there! We have identified a bug in your plugin that occurs in both your free and premium version of the plugin. I have tested this on your demo site ( https://plugins.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-product-add-ons/ ) and was able to replicate the issue, therefore I know that it is not an issue with our website.
To reproduce this bug, create a single checkbox option that increases the price of the item. Assign it to a product, ensuring that no other option is created for it. If you visit the product, you should see a single checkbox. When you check it, it increases the price as expected. If you then add the product to the cart and visit the cart, you will see that the price has not been updated, and the selected option has not been registered against the cart item.
If you need any more information, then please respond to this topic.
Thank you! ??
Good morning:
First of all, say that your product is great and works like a charm.
I only have a problem with the final style; The selection box presents a style element that I cannot modify, specifically this one:
“<div class=”options per-row-1 ” style=”width: 75% !important;”><div”
and it looks a little strange, because the rest of the plugin and the cart look 100%
Can it be changed in any way?
Thank you so much.

Hi,
I have a similar problem to what others have recently reported. Individual product pricing is being updated based on selected product add ons but those changes to pricing arent being added to the item in the cart or at checkout.
I have tried with a default theme, I have rolled back to 4.13 version, turned a range of plugins off all with no change.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hello,
I am writing regarding Add-ons plugin. When a customer selects all previous attributes, xadd-on radio button disappears and cannot be brought back. Is this standard practice, or is something not working correctly? You can see the issue on the website?https://even-star.com/product/bunkica-za-hisnega-ljubljencka/.
I look forward to your response.

Hello, I have an issue with your addon settings. I added a product (with no variants). It is a simple product. This product has 2 mandatory options fields which are a dropdown. There is a rule added, that the user has to select those options before adding the product to the cart. In the product overview, when I press on the “select options” button, my cart tells me, that a product was added. No product was added. The expected behaviour is, that the product page opens and a user selects the options.
To understand: https://londonpizza.de/?woo-share=plLPyBq3iwAmYK452P96dULH200PDxt2
Navigate to “Deals”. Press on “Optionen Ausw?hlen” -> “A Product was added to your cart” (No product was added). Instead a user should see the product page. This does not happen.
Please tell me how to fix this issue. Kind regards

The price after selecting the option doesn’t update.
The strange thing is that in the cart the additional option works correctly, but in the product tab it does not display the price before adding to cart.
Ps. The plugin is updated to the latest version
After choose option, the base price is not working anymore. hope you can fix soon. using bricks builder, but the structure is similar to any theme
Hi there,
YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons changes the price on the single product. However, on Woocommerce Bundle Products, the price is calculated wrong. It is only showing the price for the first item in the bundle and not for whole bundle.
The price should be 393,86 which is also shown correctly on the archive page, but on single product the price is wrong when the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons plugin is active.
The Add-Ons is not having a price in this case. Is it possible to delete the price manipulation made by YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons?
Best Regards,
Peter

Hello,
when using the Text option with a char limit between something over 0 and anything, it becomes mandatory when it shouldn’t.
If I set the char limit to 0, then the user can add to cart without writing anything.
But if I set 3 as a minimum, then the field becomes mandatory because of the length (if the user doesn’t type anything, the input gets the input.length-error class error when clicking on add to cart button). The char limit shouldn’t transform the option as mandatory since there is a checkbox for this.
Can it be fixed please ?
Thanks
There is an error that used to appear for a while when I add a customizable product to my cart, however, without me doing nothing it worked. It was bugging for a few days. What can the reason of the error be? I do not want it to happen regularly. This is the error:

All of our products are displayed in Lithuanian language and they all have add to cart button which is in the same language. After enabling your plugin it’s changing button text from “I KREPSELI” to “select options“.

Good morning,
I have a problem with your plugin when it’s just on activated without any additional setup(I guess). The case is(check screenshot) that when I activate Yith Addons then it tries to add variations without images which means that it conflicts with Variation Swatches plugin. In final version I’d like to have all variations under Yith Addons but it’s too much work for now and we need other featers from Yith Addons and leave current variations like it is with Variation Swatches. is there any way to fix this or workaround this??

FYI: Page which needs help doesn’t have this problem because addons are disdabled because it’s production. We experiment on localhost.

Hello, thank you for this wonderful plugin but i get a bug/issue.
Example:
1. i have created the required fields. everything works great.
2. But when you visit the products page, inspect the element with Chrome, select the table showing the required fields, and delete the code section, it gets bypassed and you can add the product to the cart.
3. We don’t want them to add the product to the cart without filling the fields.
4. Note: I tried the option to hide “add to cart”, but once they fill up the forms and delete before adding the cart. they can still bypass and add to cart without the fields.
Woocommerce by default attribute has this option, even if you delete the field, it will still gets added on the carts product details
Is there anyway not to do this?
Hello,
I am preparing an online store and I have been using your plugin “Product Add-ons & Extra Options”. Until now everything was working well, but I have been adding many more options to other products, and I see that now those extras are not added to the final shopping cart in the price for each option chosen. It does show the price increase of each option on the product page, but it does not add those extras to the shopping cart.
I don’t know what could have happened to make it not work correctly now.
Could you guide me with this matter?
Thanks

Since the last update, the product add-on is not added to the cart. You can see it in the product as such and how it is recalculated, but when you click on add to cart, it does not add it and shows the base price of the product without the add-on. We are having purchases of that product without correctly adding the add-on. Do you need a solution please?
Hello, I’m using the Yith product Addons & extra options, and there’s a problem with it.
When setting the price for extra options, the price is calculated at the Single Product level but it’s not calculated in the Cart nor at Checkout.
The current version (Free) was updated about a week ago to Version 4.14.1. However the issue is still there.
