For example, if we buy one $1 item from each of the two vendors and earn 50 points per dollar spent, we would expect to receive 100 points in total. However, we actually receive an extra 50 points for each item purchased, leading to a total of 200 points.

Hi. I just installed Points and rewards but it does not work at all on google chrome. It works great with Firefox, but not Chrome. Actually, it only works on Firefox. I disabled all other plugins (only woocommerce and Points and Rewards active) and also changed theme to Storefront. Same results. Please help.

Hello,

When they get to checkout customers can’t apply their points even though it gives the option to do so. I’ve tried everything I can see, such as enabling coupons etc, but still no luck.

I use YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards on my website.
On my dashboard, I wanted to translate : “You Have xxx points”. As there is no French translation available for this sentence, I still got “You Have xxx points” on my dashbord.
I wanted to create a french translation, but :

• there is a link mix between original source (english) and French
• Also the variable is on %s, should be in %d ?
• Last there is indications to set automatically point or pointS

The problem is if I disable “Show points message in product page” and use shortcode, nothing is shown. If I enable the option, product points are shown at two places, the shortcode and the location set in settings.

Can we use total amount spend instead of Points to collect to achieve Levels & Badges??

Right now in the plugin it has only option for set Points to collect while adding a new levels. It is possible to assign customers to these levels based on total amount he spend in the site or total order number for a client?

You guys appear to have added the ability for this to integrate into YITH POS. Not only does it assign points BEFORE coupons are applied which gives users far too many points, online orders are also not giving the correct amount of points either.

Does this plugin send a birthday email to let customers know they got gift points?

The issue I am facing is that this plugin is calculating reward points from the product original cost price But I want this to calculate points from the cart total because we are giving some discounts to user (NOT FROM CUOPON).

For Example.
Product X has price of 50$. But if the user buy two products then he will get 10% discount automatically (Not from CUOPON). So the cart total will be 90$. But this plugin calculate points according to 100$. ultimately user get extra points.

That’s why I want this plugin to calculate points from cart total.

Now it shows for example (3 points – 5 points) based on the variable price.

I am using the free version of Points & Rewards.

The plugin admin page suggests I can sort users alphabetically or sort on users with the most points. However, if I click on the sorting icon above the respective column, all the records disappear. To see the records again I have to go to another WP admin item and go back.

Is there any way to resolve this?

Hello, I am thinking of buying your Yith Rewards & Loyalty plugin. I have 1 question:

There are Extra Points for Referral purchase. But I also want to give the referred person a discount for being referred.

Is this possible with your plugin? So basically everyone gets 100 points for example, the person who referred but also the person that was referred.

I`m recently facing a most persistent problem with this plugin. I have set it up so registered users will receive a point for every 1lv spent and they can redeem 1lv for every 20 points. It works for a minute or so and then it automatically reverts in the options to 0.05lv for one point which somehow translates into 1lv for 1 point in the checkout menu.

We installed Yith WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin and then understood that it does not fully address our needs hence uninstalled it back. Now we see the below error when we go to the Plugins page in our website:

The plugin yith-woocommerce-points-and-rewards/init.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

Could you please explain what is happening here and how can it be fixed?

We are using the latest versions of WP, WooCommerce and Yith plugin with a multisite setup (this site is the subsite of a multisite)

Hello there,

i currently use two tax classes for the products in my store – lets call them class A and class B. Class A is always used in any cases for shipping.

Now the problem: When a customer has products for lets say 10,00 € in his basket and uses his points for a 10,00 € discount, shipping always switches to tax class B. This should definetly not happen and is a bug in your plugin.

Hi there, we’re using your plugin (version 1.6.1) on our server which has been upgraded to PHP8, and after that noticed several errors on our error log, have found this 3 for now:

First two were solved by casting variable to int, but fix must be applied in order to prevent from failing in future versions

I have two problems with the plugin:
1- when I put link code in my message text in cart/checkout, the text which is hyperlinked, disappears and I cannot have a click here to learn more in the message box.

2- I’m not sure why, but the message in the cart page is bold, and not in the checkout page, by inspect (chrome) I realized that ther eis a tag in my HTML, how can I remove that? or if the problem is anything else could you please let me know?
