I have a problem with first step of the checkout (login).

I can’t see social login options which are visible without your multistep checkout plugin (social login buttons are added by WooCommerce Social Login plugin).

Is it possible to fix it?

I am using the multi-step checkout plugin, but I see an issue with the standard woocommerce login page.

I would like to give my customers the possibility to login into their account during checkout. In my theme (oceanwp) i have disabled the multi step checkout to use the plugin. Therefore, the standard text above the login does not match with the multi step checkout.

The text above the login form says something like: “..if you are a registered user, use the login. If not please continue with the billig address below…”. However, due to the multi step checkout there is no below section, the user has to click on “skip login” button to enter billing address..

I hope you understood my issue.

I’m having problem with Multi-step Checkout. It is showing only the first page [billing]. Next button doesn’t work. When I click manually on [Shipping] or any other step, it still shows the billing page.

Hello, I need to change de order steps a little bit.. i need to put de order info at the first step… and the billing and shipping info after thet.. the last steps always at the end… I have been seeing the code and in template file I found where change de position of the steps.. but when i reload o acces to checkout page its show de billing form ..

How can get this? put de order step at the first thet billing-shipping and then payment..

Checkout Page Steps Label error layout such as the Billing, Shipping and Payment Info layout is in mess or not really displaying properly.

We have used both freeversion and premium version still the layout is not displaying properly.

Instead the Labels Billing, Shipping and Payment Infoare displaying in list view, which we choose the Horizontal view,
though whatever what layout we choose both vertical and horizontal, it doesn’t work.

Hope you guys can help.

This issue might occur only for indian stripe users who export products or service. According the Indian Export rule, the customer should submit their address and name on the checkout page and stripe follows it.

So with multi-step checkout, since the address is captured in the previous page stripe shows an error message stating that “Indian export demands address of the customer” even though the address is captured in the step before.

As many others i also have the endless spinner on the checkout page. It only disappears when all address fields are filled in. But is annoying that the spinner is shown constantly and not disappearing. Why not request the script to update the checkout_totals when pressing the ‘next’ button?

On our billing page there are a number of fields marked as required but I can still click ‘Next’ and get to the next screen without filling any of these in. Is there any way to prevent this?

how to disable this on desktop only. It is good for mobile, but on desktop, it disabled the two columns layout! How o disable it?

Is it possible to combine the Billing and Shipping steps and remove the Order step?

If the plugin does not have these options available can it be done by modifying form-chekout.php or by using WooCommerce hooks?

Hi, I need some help to hide the shipping field when local pick up is select. I use this snippet to hide the shipping field.

It works on original woocommerce form_checkout.php which col2 is the shipping field. or I can replace with .woocommerce_shipping_field.
But I can’t figured out which should I replace the shipping field on this multi checkout plugin. Anyone can tell me how to achieve this to hide the shipping when shipping method is local pick. Thanks for any help.

I am using this multi-step plugin and I want to make changes to error message. If I enter the ZIP code wrong in billing address then I get error message ‘Billing ZIP is not a valid postcode / ZIP’ on placing order i.e in the last step. But on making correction to the ZIP and when moved to next step the error message remains the same . It does not disappear. How to make this work. And also how to move to in-between step in multiple step i.e how to move directly to billing address from place order form without clicking prev button and also vice-versa. Thanks in advance.

I added the title “Livraison” to the 2nd step of the multistep checkout plugin, by including this in the checkout template :

But I would like to add “shipping” instead of “livraison” as all the template is in English, but writing “shipping”, it stays in English on my website in the checkout, whereas it is well translated in the French multistep checkout plugin… I don’t understand why ?
