The payment status for orders are not being updated correctly. All the products are virtual. The listed status is earlier than the actual status. For example, a declined transaction will be marked “processing” or “pending payment”. Some approved transactions are not being updated either.
I contacted authorize.net and they don’t see a problem on their end.
I checked the YITH error log and declined transactions are not recorded in the error log.

]]>We’ve been having continuous issues with the shipping address fields with Authorize.net on our WordPress/WooCommerce site.
Basically to sum up the issue —
We have a number of orders come in where the billing and shipping information are different from each other. Typically this comes through fine, but recently we’ve received many, many complaints that the shipping address is being changed and updated to match the billing address when it should be different. At first we thought this might be user error, but it kept happening — and it’s never happened before in 4 years of using Authorize.net and WooCommerce with this plugin.
We did some test orders of our own, and these were the results:
What we’ve done to try to correct this:
I’m not sure if this is solving the problem or not, and was wondering if other people were experiencing the same issues. This has been a serious problem on our end, as we sell to users who often have different billing and shipping addresses, so I want to be sure everything is resolved.
]]>Hi, I’m trying to set up authorize.net for woo using your plugin.
The account is set in test mode, but when I try to purchase something, I get this error
Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has
declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again.
Can you help me please?
Thank you
After the customer’s merchant declined payment in authorize.net, customer was not redirected, but instead saw “Thank you. Your order has been received.” at the bottom of their checkout page.
So obviously the customer thinks their order is being processed and shipped, although we have not received payment.

since the plugin update, the refund no longer works. It gives me a payment gateway API error. However, the payments still work.
Thanks for your help!
hi,
I’m using sandbox mode and whenever I click the Proceed to Authorize.net button. I am redirected to this link: https //test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
and receives (14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.
What could be the reason why I receive this error?
Please help! thanks!
I got email from athourize saying –
We have identified that you are using our hosted payment form (SIM or DPM) with Relay Response but you do not have a Relay Response url(s) listed in your Merchant Interface settings for white listing/approval.
On 08/15/2019 we plan on enhancing the white listing for Relay Response and will require the Relay Response url(s) or domain(s) to be listed. If it is not, the request will be rejected with Response Code 14 and this will prevent the payment form from loading successfully. This is to enhance security for both merchants and customers.
As I am using woocommerce so do I need to do anything with it
So what we need to do here I am using YITH plugin for Athourize payments
Please @yithemes let me know if we need to make any update.
]]>How do I identify the Relay Response URLs to be set in Authorize.net for the Woocommerce site using the YITH WooCommerce Authorize.net Payment Gateway plugin
]]>Hello,
I installed free version of this plugin and configured with live credentials today. When I place an order with test card number, its actually declined in live mode. But I see thank you page with message “Order received”. This is misleading as user thinks their order was successful. In fact order status is “On Hold”, but user does not know it. They come to know it only when they go to My Account > Orders.
Is there a way to inform user that their order was declined on thank you page itself?
Plugin Version: 1.1.11
WooCommerce version: 3.6.4
WordPress version: 5.2.2
Thanks you.
]]>I got bank/merchant declined the transaction error when i submitted after i filled card details. What is reasons for behind that is plugin authentication error or payment gateway error.I used this plugins to integrate our authorized.net payment gateway for credit card payment in our wordpress site.
]]>Hello – our site has the most recent versions of WordPress and WooCommerce (and is running on PHP 7.2), along with “YITH WooCommerce Authorize.net Payment Gateway” Version 1.1.8.
With this configuration, everything was working perfectly until ~ February 4th. At that time, we started getting notifications like this from Authorize.net when a purchase was made: “Your script timed out while we were trying to post transaction results to it.”
After looking into it, we realized that The x_relay_url is being sent and is seen on the Authorize.net payment page, but it contains query string parameters and should not:
“URLs with query strings are not permitted. Please configure any scripts for your Relay URL so they will not depend on variables in the URL. For example, https://testdomain.com/authorizenet/receipt.aspx is acceptable, but https://testdomain.com/authorizenet/receipt.aspx?page=receipt would not be accepted”
This results in the Authorize.net page not redirecting. And because this redirect fails, the page on the Authorize.net server is throwing an error before it hands the request back to our site.
The developer who looked into it said that to fix this, the plug-in needs to be updated to conform to this change on the Authorize.net side…
So I’m posting this issue, as I think the ideal scenario would be for the plug-in developers themselves to address this. And hopefully it’s something you’re already aware of and are working on.
Thanks for you help,
Jim
I received this from Authorize.net and don’t know what to do…..
Authorize.Net is phasing out the MD5 based transHash element in favor of the SHA-256 based transHashSHA2. The setting in the Merchant Interface which controls the MD5 Hash option will be removed by the end of January 2019, and the transHash element will stop returning values at a later date to be determined.
We have identified that you have this feature configured and may be relying on MD5 based transHash in transaction responses for verifying the sender is Authorize.Net.
Please contact and work with your web developer or solutions provider to verify if you are still utilizing MD5 based hash and if still needed to move to SHA-256 hash via Signature Key.
Please refer your developer or solution provider to our Transaction Hash Upgrade Guide for more details and information on this change.

I have a charge in my authorize.net account that did not show up in my woocommerce order log. Also, the invoice number associated with the charge was out of sequence. It read #1456 but at that time, I was only at #1448. I contacted woocommerc3e support and they told me to contact the developers of the plugin. I wanted to upgrade to premium, but i will not if there are issues like this.

I keep getting this error message when testing your plugin:
The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
My API login and Key are correct though so I’m not sure why I am getting this error.
If I can get it to work, I will probably buy your Pro version so I can have people enter their payment info without leaving the landing page.

]]>I’m using YITH to handle the Authorize.net processes on our WooCommerce website. It’s all working well, but the plugin does not seem to work properly when it comes to reporting the status of a transaction. The transaction is entered as “pending” and then a couple days later says “canceled”, despite the order coming through fine. For the transactions whose orders were canceled, the payment status did not change. What I’d like to be able to do is have our database store information such as current payment status, how much money has been paid (all or part), and if there’s an error, tell us what it is (like the credit card was declined).
Authorize reports this, and I think Woo does too. I’ve spoken with Woo and Authorize and they mentioned that it’s this paarticular plugin which is causing this problem, as this should be default behavior.
What do I need to do?
Thanks,
Brendan

]]>This is maddening, and I’m at my wits ends. Authorize.net says I have to take it up with you. I’ve had successful charges, but with error messages that confused my customers, I’ve had internal server errors at checkout without successful payment processing, and now I have the 14 error code (The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.).
I’ve changed the Response/Receipt URLs on Authorize.net dozens of times trying to figure this out. Their documentation is no help, and everyone on the internet just cuts and pastes their documentation.
I’ve created a page on my site that is a ‘thank you’ page. I thought the response/receipt url would be the url of that page, but it doesn’t work.
I’ve tried the default (https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll) url that authorize.net has, but that doesn’t work either.
The relay response url is https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll.
My thank you page’s url is https://asdefense.com/thank-you/.
I’ve had dozens of cancelled orders, and several more customers I’ve had to hand hold through the process.
