Can you please help me resolve this issue with YITH Affiliates?

When we turn on the plugin, the cart updating doesn��t work (cart page clicking in ?+�� or ?-? or ?x�� or even button ?update cart�� when enabling It, Nothing Works. YITH seems to be blocking cart updates.

now the plugin is off and the cart is working properly, but we need affiliate program. What can be causimg the problem and how to solve it? Please help ??

We are installing the plugin for our webshop and I noticed that not everything is translated in Dutch although quite a few things are. Is there an easy way to make sure everything gets translated? For example, the affiliate sign up form, the field names aren’t in Dutch. In the dashboard itself not everything is in dutch either.

We installed the free YIHT Affiliate plugin a week ago ago test it before purchasing the PRO version. Since than we noticed we’re getting a lot of bot affiliate registrations. Up to date more 900 registrations and sometimes more than 100 per day. Our affiliate form has a RECAPTCHA and so the users have to solve it before registration. The bots are solving it and registering anyway. I asked around and even the PRO version of the YIHT Affiliates has the same issue. The bots are coming mainly from @myagkie-paneli11.ru, @rudiplomust.com, @xruma.store, @best-lip-filler.com. Most of them from @rudiplomust.com. There is no way to block certain email accounts from registering affiliates.

I want to set a minimum order amount of purchase for someone registered as an affiliate to get the comission from our website. Please let me know how can I do this. Because as per current settings they can even purchase something for AED 100 from the reference URL and get 10% commision. But I want them to purchase at least the order of AED 1000 and then they should be able to get 10% comission. Waiting for a your reply. Thank You!

I have issues with the dashboard of the plugin and the login page. It was prompting members to register before but now its just public facing and everyone with the link can see it, no login prompt or reg notice.

I’m using the Divi theme and while I’m using the Ajax Product Filter on a custom made products shop page, I keep getting this DOM exception error which ends up breaking the page. I can refresh the page and the error goes away but it seems to happen after I’ve selected one filter and I either reset the filter or deselect to choose another filter.

My plan is to purchase prior to launching the site but if it’s not compatibility with what I’m working with, then I don’t want to purchase a license if it’s not going to work.

Hello there I need support. I just installed the YITH WOOCOMMERCE affiliates plugin on my site but the commission and link generator tabe are not loading, it shows Page doesn’t exist after clicking on them. Please help .

What do you mean this?

“contert” means like “change”, right? But what do you mean? URL converted?

Hi, I am currently experimenting with the free version of the affiliate plugin. All going well with the exception of the tabs on mobile view which simply dont exist, so its therefore impossible for affiliates to set up their referral link or any other action. I have tried switching to twenty10 theme to rule out the theme being the issue. Any suggestions why this might not be working please?

i changed theme: error exist: i changed php version 8 and 7.4 error exist.

i reinstalled the plugin 2 times. via dashboard and manual download: but the error exist.

Hello, I am thinking about buying this plugin, but I am using WPML with the funciton of a different domain by language, meaning, my english language site is mydomain.com while my german language size is mydomain.de

What if a customer is reffered to mydomain.com and then switches the language and lands on mydomain.de will the affiliate token be passed over?

I just noticed that YITH doesn’t send any E-Mail to new affiliates. When I checked the E-Mails in WooCommerce I saw that no templates were created.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have an issue with the link generator. When I insert a direct add to cart link (https://site.name/?add-to-cart=14933) the output URL has & instead of the ampersand (&), so it looks like this:
https://site.name/?add-to-cart=14933&ref=3643
When users follow the link the website doesn’t recognize it as an affiliate link thus such orders are not visible in the Affiliates Dashboard and they don’t earn any commission.

Any ideas on how this can be fixed?
