Good evening. it’s been a couple of days that after a theme or wordpress update the site gives me a critical error, when I get the email to tell me what caused it it tells me that the plugin YITH WooCommerce Added to Cart Popup Premium is the cause. in fact if I deactivate it the site works, if I deactivate it it works. Is there a way to hide prices for each product when you click on the mini checkout? So you only have the total price. And the (QTY 1) that is next to them as well need to hide that too. I will need the code so each time I update the plugin I can add the code.
I need this information step by step thanks I rather do it myself than give WP login to each plugin developer…

I just purchased the WooCommerce Added to Cart Plug in. The cart pops up just fine, but as you can see – the Tax and Totals numbers are justified left and squashed into the text. I’m not seeing anything in the settings to account for this – so obviously I’m missing something?

I’ve noticed that when using this plugin alongside a plugin called “Buy Now Button for WooCommerce”, the popup of added product doesn’t appear.
Currently, these are the versions I have for both plugins:

YITH WooCommerce Added to Cart Popup -> 1.6.3

Buy Now Button for WooCommerce -> 1.0.0

Wordpress -> 5.8

WooCommerce -> 5.5.2

Is there a known issue between these 2 plugins? Is there a way to have them both working properly together? Alternatively, is there another “Buy Now” plugin that does work with the popup plugin?

The element woocommerce-notices-wrapper is only showing when the page reloads. So, when you click “add to cart” button and there isn’t enough stock, the popup doesn’t open, and you can’t see any message until you refresh the page. Only if you reload the page, then you can see the Woocommerce out of stock alert.

Is there any way to solve this?

I’ve got 3 problems :

1) When I click on a product, I land on its page and then I click on the button “AJOUTER AU PANIER” which means add to cart, the popup appeared. On version desktop, i got problem with the style. Indeed, to the level of Number of suggested products. There are no space between the button. I try to use the inspect but it didn’t work,I try to put the margin or padding but nothing.
2) When i click on my shop page on “AJouter au panier” for a product, i don’t have the same display on popup. I’ve got the space betwen the button but i don’t have the exact Number of suggested product on the row.
3) Is it possible to add an additional message on the popup ? I would like to Add Free Shipping Notifications

I installed the added to cart plugin on my site. I use the flatsome theme. The popup does not show at all while the product is added to cart. Does the plugin work with the flatsome theme or are special setting required?

The popup is currently working for mini add to cart button, is there any way I can trigger this to show on add to cart button on the single product page?

We’d like to be able to pull the short description into the popup window after adding the product to the cart.

We found a function to pull it into the cart itself but we’d like to also include it in the popup:

Good morning, I am interested in buying the premium version of your plugin, but first I would like to know two issues.
1. Can I tell you where I want you to go by clicking the Continue Shopping button, that is, can I put the link to this one?
2. Can it have a different style to the rest of the buttons (another color, another size,.)?

Ever since Woocommerce and worpress both issued the updates, this plugin no longer works as intended. The cart constantly disappears. If you are using private browsing, with Edge, or Chrome, sometimes it shows up, but can’t be clicked on/opened.

Likely this needs compatibility with WP 5.5

Nice plugin, love it. However, I don’t want customers to be able to close the popup by either clicking on the X or anywhere on the screen but only when they click on an actual button (continue shopping …. view cart … checkout).

I used CSS to hide the X option but can’t figure out the other part.

After installing this plugin the admin options page is a bit grey box for some reason. I put a link in a tweet https://twitter.com/pbinfinity/status/1255497806808264712 that shows what this looks like.

My system is all updated and I have other YITH plugins in place that work great.

the plugin does not work.

WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Add to cart behaviour -> Enable AJAX add to cart buttons is on.

Not at the frontpage, not at the shop-page ??

Hello! The pop up is working great on my Shop page (https://liveblackrain.com/hemp-extract-online-shop/) but not on the individual product pages.

I tested on a staging site on the default theme with all other plugins deactivated and it still doesn’t work.

I trust Yeith as a great vendor, but I have an urgent suggestion!
The “Added to Cart” popup does not show in the view screen of the page but in the middle of the scrollable page.
This means that if a page is long (very scrollable) then somehwere down there in the middle of this scrolling range, one finds the pop up.

The purpos eof the popup is to show right into your face, not looking for it in the page ! Am i right?

i already disable “redirect to the cart page after successful addition” and deactivate some of plugins..remaining 7 plugins…

i also checked google chrome console message.. there is no error when click add to cart button…
