i don’t see the logo, in its place I see only the small generic placeholder of an image
]]>Hi there,
great plugin! I need other users to be able to access and change the settings for the countdown bar. Atm only admins can see it. I’ve had a quick look through the plugin files, but can’t find any obvious mention to how you are limiting the functionality. Could you please help me by either telling me which capability to add to my other users, or which hook/filter I can use to let other users access the settings?
Kind regards,
Max
How to enable RTL mode for this??
]]>Hi there, I downloaded the Proteo theme and placed a text widget on the topbar but the text will not centre, it’s always aligning to the right. Any solutions or custom css code?
Thanks,

This works perfectly on desktop, but mobile version?
How do we make it show up on mobile?
]]>We had to hack your plugin to make translatable some fields (“Slogan text”, “Message”, “Button text”, “Link Url”).
We modified the /wp-content/plugins/yith-topbar-countdown/templates/tcountdown.php directly but how could we rather do this through our child theme?
Thanks in advance for your support.
]]>I’ve got the date formatted to MM/DD/YY, but it still is showing all zeros.

I was wondering why my countdown is not showing up on mobile. And when I disable the logo and the button my countdown is not centered anymore. Any ways to fix this?
Thanks Bertus.

]]>Countdown timer not counting down. Please advise.
]]>Hello,
Thanks for making this awesome plugin!
So we are using the countdown for an event, not a product sale.
I realize this plugin is meant for Woo Commerce, but is there a way to remove the store graphic embedded on the left of the Topbar Countdown? The functionality is great and it looks the part, but since we’re not selling anything the store graphic is not necessary and looks a bit out of place for our use.
Thanks!
]]>So the topbar settings tab isn’t working properly. On my staging site I get an error.
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_formatted_name() on boolean in /nas/content/staging/sandandsteel/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-product-sales-countdown-premium/templates/admin/custom-select.php on line 42
The menu settings don’t work. I have tried disabling all plugins and switching themes. No change. I tried installing the plugin on a different build, and it works fine.
How should I trouble shoot this problem?
]]>Dear Team,
first of all thank you for your good work .
I habe a problem with the YITH Topbar Countdown. After I activated and configurated until October, 2nd, it didn’t start counting. (0 days, 0 hours, …)
See image:

Do you know how that could happen.
I’m looking forward for the solution.

Hello,
I’ve installed your plugin but I think it’s not compatible with the Header Builder, isn’t it? This is my site https://www.meinebackbox.de and when I enable the plugin the sticky header after scrolling is not at the top of the site. It’s on the height as if there would be the countdown. Can you help me?
Bye
Jenny
I downloaded the YITh Top Bar Countdown plugin and installed it and WooCommerce on my site, but I was having difficulty getting the countdown to show anything besides zeroes. A search on your site finally gave me the answer that the date should be formatted as mm/dd/yyyy.
However, the date picker does not format the resulting chosen date properly. I chose April 15, 2017, and the date picker put “April 15, 2017” in the box. When I manually changed it to “4/15/2017”, then it started working. Please fix the code to format the date properly using the date picker.
]]>Hello,
I was hoping to remove the Yith top countdown bar with some custome CSS. Or is there a better way to do this? I need to remove it on certain pages but would like it on the bulk of them so would just put in some custom css on those pages that I want it removed on.
]]>Hi i would like to use YITH Topbar Countdown with qTranslateX
Is it there any experience regarding this topic ?
Any help would be appreciated.
]]>I installed the plugin and works correctly on main page, but unable to customize. I tried to do changing basic parameters from the “yith-tcountdown-options.php” file. The countdown displays 0 in all fields in the rest of the pages of the website but in those pages, the countdown is customized as I tried for the main page’s countdown.
I write down here the website https://www.rallybarceloonasitges.com the main page works but not customized, the other pages not working but customized
We love this plugin and would very much like to use it.
However, I can’t get it to count down – it’s stuck at 0. I’ve tried resetting the target date several times with no luck, changing the date format per other threads, etc.
Please let me know how I can get your plugin to work.
]]>Hi All,
Just installed this plugin and have to say love it! However I am having problems with the countdown timer. I have looked through a few threads and have made sure the date format is correct, but I can’t get seem to get it to change from 0 0 0 to actually counting down.
Working with Woocommerce and have the storefront theme installed. Can any advise what I need to do please?
]]>Hi there,
Hi, my name is Carlos Rivas. I’m using your free plugin Yith Woocomerce Topbar Countdown on my theme (Mediacenter from Envato). Four months ago I asked through Q&A section if this plugin can be used in a multilanguage site and Ausilia answered yes.
I have a WordPress project, an online store, that will be working as a multi-language platform (english and spanish). The plugin works great in the english version of the site but in the spanish version, after having translated the .po file to spanish, in the frontend only shows “Days”, “Hours”, “Minutes”, and “Seconds” translated. The message text, the slogan text, and the button text remain in english. They appear in the WPML String Translation. They were translated but they keep
showing in english in the spanish frontend.
Would you help me to fix this?
I love this plugin by the way.
Thanks in advance…
Carlos A.

]]>Is there a way to disable cache for just one specific plugin?!?
While having a cache plugin enabled, your plugin goes to that specific time in the cache. Not the actual time in the plugin.

]]>Hey, YITHEMES Support,
I like your plugins, they are so cool.
I’ve modded the topbar countdown.
Now it looks like on the pic1.
But I wanted to look like on the pic2.
I wonder, how it would be possible to place the code before the wrapper? (pic4 + pic3)
I’m using Trizzy theme.
Thanks for your help.
]]>Hello
I really like your plugin.
Is there a way to use it as a short code?
I tried reading your codex, but I am not a programer.
Could you please help me understand how can I insert the banner in a full width page?
