Hi,
I am looking for a way to put multiple dates for one Event Ticket product ?
So that the event appears in the Event Calendar on different dates, instead of duplicating it and setting a different date for it.
Thanks in advance.

The search field on wordpress administrator screen doesn’t working when searching by ticket number. Can I solve this issue? Or extend this field to search by client name?

]]>Hi all,
i have a problem with the plugin.
When i add a service to a ticket, with “select”service type, there is a problem when exporting tickets in CSV.
No services are in the csv file (and it’s because the fields “range from” and “range to” that are with O inside because not used.)
If i put a number on those fields, all works great again…

Hello,
I need to remove the ticket pdf attachment in the customer emails.
In a other topic i read i must comment following code
add_action('yith_order_item_meta_end', array( $this, 'add_view_pdf_and_gcalendar_button'), 10, 3);
But it doesn’t work.
]]>Tried to update to from Radiant 1.3 to 1.4. Get this error message:
Warning: cannot modify header information- headers already sent by (output started at /home3/bowwow/public_HTML/spca….
and it goes on, ending in /misc.php on line 1126
This happened once before, and it locked me out of the site. Had to revert to another theme to get back in and then change back to Radiant again.
I also get this message when I bring up the customizer.
Help?!
]]>I’m using Yith Event Tickets to combine subscrition to our Reunion and the payments for it. This way our treasurer doesn’t need to check the subscriptions against the payments.
I’ve made a ticket with some extra fields users have to fill in. Some of this fields are required. When ordering 2 tickets or more, the system generates an error and says the required fields must be filled in. Ticket 1 is accepted but on ticket 2 (or more) the error occurs. It looks like the checking of the required fields is only working on the first ticket.
If I, to create a workaround, set all fields to not required, the error still occurs, saying “you must fill in one or more of the fields above”, but the two tickets will occur in the shopingbasket and everything works as it supposed to be (accept the quick error mentioned earlier.

]]>I have selected to “Disable sale if expired” in the Event Ticket settings.
However, it is disabling the product when the event is still active. I want to sell tickets from August 1 to November 2, so I set the start date for the ticket product to August 1, 2018. And I sent the end date as November 2, 2018.
But, “Disable sale if expired” option seems to look at the START date, and not the end date, because it hides my sale unless I make the start date in the future. This option should use the END date to determine if the sale is over.
How do I make a sale stay active/visible until November 2?
]]>If I view an event ticket product on its single product page, I can add multiple tickets and a new box appears for each ticket, where the customer can complete the ticket custom fields.
However, I am using the Woocommerce default product shortcode to display my event ticket product on another page.

Using this shortcode, the multiple ticket feature does not work. I can adjust quantity, but it only shows the first ticket/fields, no matter how much I increase the quantity.
Can you make this work with the shortcode too?
