I’m using your plugin, but it only notifies you when you log in, when a purchase is made, with the user logged in, it doesn’t notify you.

PS: I’ve tested with Opera, Firefox and Chrome, none notified with the user open. Chrome notifies you when you signed in, only.

Thanks you for the plugin. I noticed that “Notification length” does not follow the set value in seconds, it always closes after 7-8 seconds. Any hint why?

I have ticked the loop option, also set the duration to 10 minutes. But the notification only shows for about 30 seconds and then stops.

Ive tried to disable all plugins (as many as i could, leaving the crucial ones activated). But no luck, i saw the other topic with exact same problem 4 weeks ago but there was no follow up.

I’ve installed your plugin, added a notification for a new order, but it’s not showing.

In the error log, it throws me the following error, every 10 seconds:

i installed firstly it was struggle with safari then i tried firefox and i start seeing feature which was unable to see in safari! i tried and it doesn’t work or i would have bought premium version great idea though if it works. I’m happy to give further details my login etc if plain maker still interested.

Thanks for the great plugin. I particularly love the notification sound.

When I enabled to loop notification sound it doesn’t work as sound stops immediately after a single play. I also tried setting notification length but it doesn’t helped.

Looping sound- Looping sound Check this option to set a looping sound that will stop when the notification is closed

This plugin doesn’t respond to firefox even on the admin page.

I’m able to create one active notification using the Chrome browser. But not receiving any new order notification on that as well.

Tried :
1. Site Notification Allowed on Chrome Browser.
2. Restarted Chrome Browser

We are using WordPress 5.2.4, PHP 7.3, MySQL 8

When i install the plugin i enter the store and i see a black screen only. i can’t solve this problem. when i uninstall it i can enter my store page. I see a notification on system status screen : “ImageMagick Version N/A ImageMagick module is not installed. Ask your hosting company to install it.” Could this be the problem?

Options:
Title: Order Placed
Description: {username}
{order_id}
{order_total}

Notification icon: yith-Logo-1.png
Notification length: 20

Also after filling thr above required fields, it does not create any notification when order is placed. The theme I am using is Flatsome
