I created a new form, and when I add it to the page, there’s a link below the ‘Subscribe’ button that says ‘Edit Form.’ How can I remove it? Why is it even there?!
Hi!
I try to enter an email to subscribe to the newsletter but it gives me this error:
“The requested resource could not be found.”
I don’t understand where the error is. Even if I try to edit the form “Easy Forms > Opt-in Forms > Newsletter > Edit” I get this error: “We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support.”
How can I solve?
Hi there,
I have two issues (1)when someone tries to resubscribe(Screenshot link: https://tinyurl.com/2cajds8a) or they try to (2)subscribe(perhaps not knowing if they have already subscribed) and it says that they are already subscribed and to ‘please click here to update your profile’ but it’s not hyperlinked. (Screenshot link: https://tinyurl.com/2brbjt4v)
Is this something that I need to configure somewhere that I’ve missed? I do also apologise if this is something that has been previously posted/answered. I have searched the knowledge base and the existing posts but not come across it.

HI there,
I received a warning from WordFence saying that this plugin has unpatched security issues and may have compatibility problems with the current version of WordPress. It also says that the plugin “Easy Forms for Mailchimp” has been removed from www.remarpro.com but is still installed on my site.
I’m using self hosting wordpress. Is there any alternative available for this plugin? I have my mailing list set up with MailChimp, and am unsure how I can can fix this issue.
Thanks for any advice or help on this matter.
Kind Regards,
Ellis Derkx

Is this plugin no longer supported? I notice there is no response to recent posts from the plug-in developer (Code Parrots) here.
Also, the functionality of the forms has been diminished. Previously, the custom messages and verification email allowed HTML & CSS for formatting & to add links; this was fantastic. Now these fields do not allow it, but only for newly created forms. Past forms aren’t affected, thus this seems to be a bug?
Does anyone know if this plug-in is basically discontinued?
Hello. I’m editing a website for a friend and am having problems with the location of the Yikes form.
You will see that the container is somehow displaced from the form content. This seems to be causing problems with the page when it loads as the position of the text is not fixed. What I am trying to achieve is the form consistently centred. Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.
I would like to show the total number of SUBMISSIONS to a particular list on the front end.
I’ve tried using the shortcode: [yikes-mailchimp-subscriber-count form=”6”]?but obviously this only shows the total number of subscribers to the list, not the number of submissions.
Is there a way to do this, or would it require some custom PHP?
I use Easy Forms for Mailchimp to allow clients to sign up for my Free Workout Programs. I recently came into an issue with 2 past clients not being able to Subscribe.
In the past, they Unsubscribed themselves from my Mailchimp email newsletter. They were then placed in my Mailchimp Archived contacts list.
Within this past week, they both decided they wanted to sign up / opt-into one of my Free Workout Programs again using the Easy Forms for Mailchimp form on my website, but they couldn’t sign up because they were in my Mailchimp newsletter Archived Contact List and the EFFM form didn’t Unarchive them automatically to Subscribe them again. They got this error message within the form when trying to opt-in with the Easy Forms for Mailchimp form:
“[email address] is in a compliance state due to unsubscribe, bounce, or compliance review and cannot be subscribed.”
To my knowledge, if using a hosted Mailchimp account subscribe form (not the EFFM form), that hosted form will Unarchive the Archived contact automatically if they choose to re-Subscribe themselves again.
With the Easy Forms for Mailchimp plugin, it is not Unarchiving my contact automatically allowing them to re-Subscribe and join my workout programs.
I’d really like to continue using the Easy Forms for Mailchimp plugin. Can this issue be fixed within the plugin? It is cumbersome to have to manually go into my Mailchimp contacts dashboard to Unarchive a contact so they can Subscribe/join my workout programs. And if a client never tells me of them experiencing this issue, I lose out on that client(s).
Thank you so much for your help!
Could you please check the link close to the checkbox of the privacy policy in the two newsletter subscription forms of the linked page (at the right high corner and in the footer), why it is entirely visible? Any solutions to make it two words “privacy policy” simply clickable? I tried several times, but it doesn’t work. Many thanks in advance!
Hello all!
It appears that after the most recent update, either from WordPress itself or Contact Form 7, checkbox integration for Contact Form 7 does not work any more. Since I updated everything without checking, I cannot figure out which update caused to the issue.
I tried disabling all plugins other than Contact Form 7 and Easy Forms, clearing cache, resetting permalinks, disabling/reenabling the plugin (as well as the integration setting), checking the code in the form, removing the code from the form then putting it back, switching themes, and checking if it was still there on other web browsers.
There are no issues with the easy forms themselves, just the integration setting.
In checking the live source code, I see that the checkbox is not present, but other code inserted by the plugin is:

Yes, subscribe me!

Hi. I’m having trouble with my form on this page: https://kelliejoart.com/.
I want everything to be in one row. I checked the enable box to allow it, but it didn’t help. I could deal with more rows, but there is SO much space between the elements that it looks ridiculous.
I also need a margin, maybe 3rem, L and R.
I want the labels to be 1rem.
I probably did not use the correct vocab. I will clarify as needed.
Can you help me style the form please?
Thanks, Kellie

Are any issues being looked at/resolved or is the plug now discontinued?
Concerning signs are that related questions in this forum have not yet had any replies and that the link from the product page to the Knowledgebase is broken (although navigating from the menu, it is actually there) and that the contact form on the website https://codeparrots.com/about/contact/ is also broken, coming up with an error “ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain” when opening the form and simply having a spinning wheel when the form is submitted.
Many people would like to understand whether they are going to have to research and then work on alternative solutions, with the costs that come with doing so, or whether they can just wait a little while for this to be fixed.

It would be better to fix it asap as the site we are using this plugin is huge we cannot replace it immediately.
Your www.remarpro.com has been closed. Yikes! indeed. Please tell us what’s going on. Wordfence is alerting me to a critical issue. Thanks!

Googling for “yikes mailchimp Warning: Undefined variable $attrs” reveals that there are other websites that have this error message clearly visible.
Any idea how to solve it? Appreciate the help!
