Most plugins that supports RTMP do not work, include this one. On some browsers, it works and some do not, anyway this plugin maybe good for other video solution, but try to avoid it if u use RTMP.

I am loving this player. But there is 1 problem. It is causing my scrollbar to disappear on the left on all my post and pages and categories.
So my entire posts and pages cannot be viewed. Only what you see on the screen.
Any advice?

Excellent video plug-in for WordPress. I recently converted to WordPress from a hand-coded HTML site which had used a licensed version of the JW player. I was looking for easy functionality for self-hosting single videos and video playlists – THIS is the answer, without question. JW has gone off on a tangent with a focus on ads/monetization and annual licenses – too many features that I simply don’t want. Yendif is clean, simple and the little bit of technical support I needed to get everything up and running was prompt and professional. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks.

Here are five really good reasons to buy the Yendif player.
1. It loads fast.
2. Its menu customization is brilliant.
3. You can mix video (MPEG4) and audio (MP3).
4. It works with MAXCDN and W3 Total Cache – both really important for those of us with rich media-sites wanting buffer-free delivery of video to any mobile device. In fact we have 26 pages each playing a different mix of 5 video and 3 audio track. You can switch between the pages and the tracks and the Yendif player load is instant – as fast as our Flash site. (We did do some fancy compression of course to reduce the file size by 80% but Yendif is delivering it instantly)
5. AND MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL – SUPPORT!
The team at Yendif, headed by Manimaran have nearly always replied to the few requests we have needed to make on the same or the next day – and solved the issue for us. Recently we did have a problem with W3 Total Cache minifying the Yendif player’s Java Script; we could not fix it; we provided Manimaran administrator access to W-P and our FTP and it was done in just a few hours. Hard as I tried, Manimaran refused to accept any payment – because Yendif backs it player!
So if you are wondering whether to invest in the Yendif commercial license, take my advice – do it!

I ran into a major issue (my limits as a designer, not related to the function of the plugin). WP forums didn’t answer my question, so I wrote the developer. They not only got the entire team involved to solve my issue, but fixed me up within 1 day. The player works exactly as expected, and I highly recommend any plugin this company develops!

I myself own a plugin in this category with single video & gallery ??
Recently, one of my user suggested me to add this player in my plugin as an additional option. I just tested and really impressed with the quality. I have started discussing with this developer to integrate “Yendif Player” in my gallery plugin.
