When I save any changes, the plugin ticks some empty boxes on its own. When I clear them and save again, the plugin just enables them again.

When you have your wordpress installation running on bedrock, then the wp-config file gets constantly created with 0 Byte and that crashes the site after you save the settings of XTRA.
In Bedrock the wp-config file is in an web unaccessible secure level.

Your Plugin is causing on DIVI sites problems when activated.
It woudl be great if you could acceptions so that also teh DIVI Builder is working fine even the settings get applied as usual. Unfortunately there is no way to tweak your settings.(beside going to the code itself)

Somehow your plugin compromizes the css of my search results page? Is there any setting responsible for that? Of course I tried to tick the search option boxes, that does not correct this phenomenon.
It also takes away the ‘customizer’ option of my WP Ocean theme.
