I changed to another theme who had a pre-builder in it similar to elementor. The plugin did not work good with that so i sent a e-mail to the support. I got a e-mail the second day and i had been helped for free to make the plugin work. For that i was very happy to buy the premium one thinking that the support got your back.
My clients wants something simple for them thats why this is the best plugin for their needs.

Great plugin. Easy to configure and integrate with WooCommerce.
Its only weakness, and quite a big one, is the lack of the option to send periodic emails to customers who have unused points. Even the premium version does not have this feature.
I hope that in the future such an option will appear, because it is crucial for the proper operation of the loyalty program, especially in e-commerce services

Wow. This plugin is perfect for me. I had an in store loyalty program, when I closed my in person store, and transferred everything to online. This was the perfect plugin to get the loyalty points into the online platform for my customers. We didn’t miss a beat. Then I added wholesale ability. I contacted support, and within a day they had done an update that allowed me to choose the role of who can collect points. The absolute best in customer service and great functioning plugins. I highly recommend Xploded Themes plugins.

When you embark your online store , and your clients, in a loyalty scheme, you want a reliable software and XT is a well designed plugin. The free version is working as advertised but very limited in features. I will consider the pay version if it gets added rules for social share and /or referrals that are great tools to grow new business .
